   I went for a consultation for Invisalign clear braces. I saw Hannah who immediately made me feel so welcome and at ease. The consultation was very informative and Hannah made it so clear as what I would need, how long it would take etc. She took records in such a professional manor and I am definitely going ahead with the treatment.    I had a consultation for Invisalign clear braces at the practice with Hannah last week. She was really friendly and very thorough. After I had been seen she had contacted me to follow up the appointment which was very efficient and meant I could get straight on with my Invisalign journey. Very professional and am looking forward to my treatment with Hannah as a great treatment coordinator

   Would highly recommend this practice! Went in as a new patient for a check up yesterday. On arrival I was greeted by Bev on reception who was so friendly and instantly made me feel at ease. I saw Alice downstairs and her nurse Demi. They were so welcoming and made me feel very comfortable. The check up was extremely thorough and they gave me all the info and advice I needed. Will definitely be returning for my regular dental visits.

   Arrived for the first time today to register - Courtney on reception was very helpful with me registering with the Dental Practice and managed to get me an appointment in today due to a cancellation. She was also helpful in signing me up to the dental plan as well.

   Wouldn’t recommend for Invisalign treatment after hearing about the experience people have received elsewhere for the same treatment. Most of the contact during the plan is via an app. Have also experienced a couple of appointments being cancelled on the same day with just a text message notification asking to rebook. Staff are friendly when you get into the practice but the poster in reception doesn’t help when a lot of appointments run late. Overall not sure I’d recommend to others.

   Called in today for check up appointment and was seen by Alice and Beth. After an X-ray I was told I needed treatment for a couple of problems she found. She gave me a number of options available, and between us decided on the best course of action. She was very informative and am really happy with the advice she gave me. Both Alice & Beth were very friendly and professional and are a credit to the practice.

   Absolutely first class. Kal and Sammie handled my extraction so well. Both were extremely professional and very likeable and did everything they could to make the experience as trouble free as it possibly could have been. Having a bit of a fear of dentistry at the best of times they put me right at ease and explained and performed everything perfectly. Would definitely recommend.

   I've always been petrified of going to the dentist. But Alice and Beth are wonderful. I don't find myself getting anxious or worried when going for an appointment anymore. Alice makes me feel so comfortable and welcome with how friendly she is. I never thought with how badly I suffer with my anxiety that I would ever want to go to the dentist without it being for something serious. Now I attend my check ups and go regular. Beth is super friendly too and very attentive during any procedures or examinations. Thanks girls for always being so kind ❤️ :) xx
