So many options of shoes! Love the layout to shop per type of shoe. I was looking for women's boots and had so so many options! When I went to the till there was no one to help me checkout so I had to find someone after a few minutes.
Terrible white lady with blonde hair in a pony tail works on Sunday bad customer service shouts at you when opening gates on open was patiently waiting and I didn't try to rush in doesn't want to acknowledge you to serve you Asian lady had to tell her to serve me! no eye contact with customer no smile no thank you for shopping there very rude, no customer service whatsoever needs to be looked into as this isn't the first complaint about her! All other Asian assistants very pleasant and helpful. Please stop hiring people like this.
Dealt with a terrible member of the store in White City. Her attitude was disgraceful she was a blonde white lady with a pony tail, who had no patience and started shouting when I asked a simple question, she could’ve said it in a polite way but she didn’t. Even giving one star is too polite. I am not impressed
Very frustrating the new way to deal with customers on the till, company is impersonating Footlocker asking the same annoying questions, you should get insole,you need to get waterproof products, you need to get the products to clean shoes, they are vey persistent on the till and they waste people's time a lot. this is why I will never go back in there.
Did not like the attitude of the staff. I bought two pairs of shoes, though... we were visiting the UK and felt we were ignored. The staff had a "what you see is all we have attitude" and was not willing to look for sizes though we saw them helping others . We had to " summon " staff to help us!
I bought two pairs of ankle boots, one being in the black Friday deal. They are very good value. You have to search for your size in the stacked boxes. I had one pair treated for waterproofing. Enjoyable visit.
Great shop. Unfortunately they didn't have my daughter's size in the shoes she wanted so they ordered it to be delivered to my house free of charge and it arrived the next day! The shoes were a decent price too.
Went in to buy school shoes. The clerk was on hand to measure the kids feet and to help get the correct shoes and size. Very pleasant young lady. Good variety of shoes and sizes available and there was a buy 1 get 2nd half price offer. Was a 10 minute queue at the till then another person came to help. At the till there was a machine that sprays the shoes to prevents scuffs an prolong the life of the shoes. This alternative service was also a good price so I got that done to the shoes. Happy customer.
I went to buy some smart shoes, i asked one of the employer if they have size 3 , without checking she answered with “no” and them left, i went to the pay zone, asked someone else to check if they have that size, the women sent the same girl to check upstairs because apparently they were, she moved herself 2 m away from me and she came back saying there’s none , she didn’t even went upstairs, when i asked where is that stock she just pointed at the end of the corridor, rolled her eyes and left again, i think her name was Andreea . I went back to the till to solve the problem, the other guy didn’t even saw the shoes or the size, he came back after 3 minutes saying there s none. How comes the other employer saw on the till that there’s “few of that size” but in the end was none and rude customer service. If she have a bad day, is not customers problem, i ve been nice and polite, with that attitude i don t think i was deserved to be treated .
