   Shopped here today for my daughters high school prom dress, but it is not the first time we have purchased from here. Emma was so attentive and looked after us so well. She helped our daughter find her perfect dress, had an excellent idea of what she wanted and gave her excellent advice. We were not rushed into making a decision, even when the shop was getting busier, and she was given the opportunity to try on multiple dresses. Thank you so much, Emma. I would highly recommend this shop for prom and occasion dresses.

   My first shop to visit in the hunt for ‘the dress’. I was left to browse my size and select as many choices as I liked. Emma was amazing and so helpful finding the accessories to help me see the dresses at their best. Gabrielle was very helpful and offered her advice through the multiple dress changes. A very friendly and informative visit.

   Emma was so helpful today. We shopped for my daughter's prom dress, she tried on around 11 or 12 and Emma was with her every step of the way suggesting styles and colours. Thank you so much for you help and patience today. My daughter said yes to the dress and looks stunning!

   I would recommend this shop to anyone. They are so helpful and friendly and put you immediately at ease on entering the shop. After a drastic day of shopping in Chester for a mother of the bride outfit I was starting to panic. But the styles, selection of dresses and accessories for every occasion they have available is fantastic. On arrival I was greeted openly and with warmth and the staff listened to what I wanted. Nothing was a bother and I never felt rushed. You also don’t need to make an appointment which was a massive bonus. The dresses are made to a high quality and the shop supplied all I needed for my daughter’s big day. Well done girls and thank you for making me feel important and turned out well for my daughters wedding.

   Staff were lovely, but 50% deposit is a lot to ask for. I know I signed the contract, but I didn't expect my daughter who suffers from autism and anxiety to change her mind. It wouldn't be too bad if you lost some of the deposit, not all of it, especially when things are a struggle finacially right now.

They helped me choose a style that would suit me & matched a headpiece that was exactly the same colour as my dress.
