   Good selection of popular school shoes at a reduced price of about £15 less than the main Clarks stores. If you’re not local, then I would consider the cost of travel and your time vs purchasing from a more local store at full price, so I recommend making the most of the visit in terms of what you purchase.

   Lovely experience today in your store. I was helped by Xavier who was extremely helpful as I have a problem with finding comfortable footwear. Nothing was too much trouble. He assisted me with trying them on and doing up as well. He gave me several choices of footwear that might be suitable. A very enjoyable experience I shall definitely visit again. Thank you.

   Like a morgue. Terrible customer service, rushing us out of the shop 20 mins in. The lady was huff when I went to get my child sized. Please mystery shop this store.

   The manager who served us at the till was the most rude person I have ever been served by. Customer service is absolutely terrible here. Even other colleagues could be heard making fun at me as I tried on shoes. Will not be coming back here.

   Not sure of the young guys name, but he outdone himself! The guy helped my 60+ mum with shoes and stayed with her until she was finished. He even said he would try and order a different colour etc. You will go far thank you for all your help. 100% recommend Clarks Outlet.

   This was at the Hatfield Galleria Mall. It was a Friday morning so the experience was pleasant. No crowds or hustle and bustle. I was greeted by a shop colleague who asked if I required any help which was nice. There were some lovely items on offer and the store was orderly and tidy - no shoes on the floor etc.

   Great customer service. Kat was very helpful and Great with the kids. *edit* Another school year another happy visit to clarks outlet. Staff were friendly and helpful. So handy that they are open til 8pm meaning that we avoided the mad rush of back to school shopping.

   Staff were friendly and helpful. But the cost of shoes for kids are ridiculously expensive. However, after one month the boys school shoes still look good, so the quality is there.
