   Hi. I came in today to bring back a pair of trainers that had been worn and sold as new. The store manager and her assistant behind the counter were so helpful and understanding which is sadly overlooked these days. The situation was resolved and i left happy and my 13yr old son delighted. Really appreciate your help . I wish i had there names but they know who they are. Thankyou

   We visited the JD Ealing store on Tuesday morning. The store was clean, and we were able to find everything we needed. Unfortunately, after selecting the items we wanted to try on, we were informed that the fitting rooms were closed. There was no clear reason given for the closure and no advance notice that we would be unable to try things on. This is the second time we have visited this specific location, and we are not impressed with the level of service.

   I was given great customer service by the young lad that works there and eventually brought these Air Jordan 4 sneakers. There was a small crease so ordered one from their online store and the same issue exists.

   Absolute worst. Having paid for two items the woman cashier only packed 1 and it wasn’t until I got home that I realised. I don’t live in the Ealing area but now have to trek it back here to hopefully get the TShirt in the same size or a refund.

   seriously bad experience shopping here, manager and staffs are untrained to handle queries and helping customers and they are quick send people to shop next door instead of looking after their own sales.

   Went to collect my online order and was told to wait five minutes, which was fine then the person on the floor said go away and come back later? I order from jd all the time and this was the first time I was told to go away, did the person not feel like working that day??? I then spoke to another member of staff who immediately sorted it out.
