   I was waiting in reception area with my nephew (who is not yet 1 years of age), he was touching a plaque on the wall, I was supervising to ensure he is ok. Dr. Gilani was sitting at reception and in a very rude tone said “be careful with that”, then he had the audacity to roll his face and sneer at me. The experience bothered me so much, I got home and it was bothering me so I called and found out about complaint procedure. The response was that the dentist was supposedly concerned about my nephew well being, I got the feeling it was more worry about the plaque breaking. I was not happy that my crux of my complaint was missed entirely, no one has the right to speak to another in such a disrespectful manner, especially a professional to a client, it’s just not on.
