I am disgusted by my experience today at Chantelle Aesthetics. The lack of professionalism and mannerisms was atrocious. I had travelled over an hour for my treatment and naturally, required the toilet as i was feeling very anxious and nervous, unfortuantly this facility was not available. The treating practitoner did not introduce herself, as I walked into the room feeling very anxious i was told to get onto the chair. No precautions were given, i was not asked about my desired result or concerns and was instead met with a needle in my lip without any warning. The continuous, forceful jabbing lasted a few minutes before i had to stop the practitioner. I had tears rolling down my eyes and asked tor some tissue, i explained i was feeling very nervous. She looked at me blankly, with zero reassurance, waiting for me to allow her to continue. When she did continue, i again had to stop the treatment as it was very rushed, i felt like i was another customer on a conveyor belt she wanted to get rid of. It is not in my nature to turn to the internet and make complaints or write negative reviews as I understand that it can impact small businesses very negatively. As an individual who has had had lip filler before and have been to many aestheticians, I have never experienced this sort of treatment before and I would not want this for anyone else. After going on the website and looking through the staff pictures, I realised this was Chantelle herself.
I had a lymphatic drainage massage with Olivia, she was so welcoming & friendly, the service was amazing & I have had multiple treatments off her since! Wouldn’t go anywhere else for lymphatic!
Chantelle was excellent, she's really down to earth and reassuring. It was my first time having lip filler and it wont be my last!! Couldn't have come to a better place. Cleanliness is 10/10 which is what you want when having such an treatment. Definitely recommend!
The vibe when you walk in is so positive and welcoming, makes me wanna come back! I’d honestly never trust anyone else with my face. Chantelle just has the eye for those subtle changes I wanted, it’s like she read my mind and the outcome was perfect!! It has made such a difference and I love love love it!!! I first booked in with Olivia for a chemical peel and I’m so glad I did, Olivia has changed my skin! Not even exaggerating! My skins never looked like this, I’ve had lots of compliments and my skin care just soaks into my skin. Really loving the way my skin feels and looks. Olivia knows her stuff!! And takes her time and doesn’t rush! I 100% trust her with my face and that’s so rare! You know you’re walking out feeling FRESH! The treatments are actually really relaxing and I’ve even fallen asleep! Plus the treatment bed is super comfy too!! Better than my own bed haha! I look forward to my monthly facials! :) Treatments aside, I think the fact that Chantelle and Olivia are both really down to earth, it makes you want to come back and have the treatments. It’s the fact that they consider if the treatment is suitable or not, not just about numbers! Sometimes the vibe can be cold and impersonal so I don’t go back! …I love visiting Chantelle Aesthetics!!
