Bad customer service, someone was eating on the till, asked for a belt, had to repeat myself and he said “I know what you said mate” in a fern way and pointed me randomly in the shop where there weren’t any belts!!
I bought a dress for £40 which I'd quite expensive for this type of store. Took it back just under 3 weeks later and asked for an exchang, not a refund, to be told they have a 2 week policy, no exceptions despite not having this displayed anywhere or on the receipt. The owner was rude and dismissive. I had been ringing the mobile listed on their online details to ask about Sunday opening with no reply, as I work full time, and he was adamant the phone was not his but from a previous owner despite him trading there for several years. Beware as you cannot even try before you buy.
Absolutely terrible customer service . I bought a bag on Saturday returns it Sunday , to exchange it for a larger bag. Only to be told they don’t exchange bags. The situation became heated and threatening . Even abusive The bag was exchanged for a shop soiled one. But a terrible experience I wouldn’t recommend to shop hear And I wouldn’t like my children or grandchildren to shop hear it was absolutely disgusting behaviour Paul
From personal experience today, the staff is friendly helpful, and find what need with suitable quality and reasonable price
Terrible customer service. Mis-sold me sizing on thermal clothing, refused to refund. Shocking attitude from members of staff. AVOID!!!
Really horrible service !! I bought a pack back from here 1 week ago!! And all zips on the bag completely just fell off (I did not pack the bag with heavy stuff) when I came to the shop a women seen me waiting and still carried on her task. I went over and said this bag is broke after 1 week of buying it, she said we don’t swap bags, the back pack is a fashion bag for the beach (which is wasn’t it’s a normal back pack) I said I’ve been waiting at the till and no one served me she said “you can see I’m busy doing something else” was really rude. Wouldn’t help me me with my issue at all and kept rolling her eyes. Never experience service like this from a shop before! The women wouldn’t tell me her name or the managers name. I now have a bag that is broken due to their faulty sales
I would of given this shop a 0 star if I could. Bought an item , took it home and it was too big , returned it to the shop with in 7 days and with the receipt, to be told that they could only exchange it for another size of the same item. I did agree to this and then they said that I had the smallest size and they would not refund the money. I asked if I may pick another item of the same value , the answer was no. So they do not refund or exchange so I would not buy again from this shop. No customer service what so ever. Basically you are stuck with it .
