    I had a very disappointing experience with this dental practice. I was first seen by one dentist who carried out three fillings, even though I felt they weren’t necessary. Within a week, one of the fillings broke, leaving me with a deep cavity that was worse than before. I went back, and while it was fixed again, the filling was so poorly done that food constantly gets stuck in the tooth. I originally came to this practice for a dental crown, but was later told that the first dentist do not perform crown procedures. I was then booked with another dentist at the same practice. Since 11th June, this dentist has been seeing me for the crown, but the process has been extremely unorganised and frustrating. I had to undergo another initial check-up because I was considered a “new patient” for this dentist and was charged again. Appointments were always scheduled at least two weeks apart, and often cancelled or delayed due to the dentist’s personal circumstances. The temporary crown repeatedly fell out, the permanent crown was delayed from the lab, and when it finally arrived, it was the wrong size. Measurements had to be taken again, meaning yet another two-week wait. From 11th June until now, it has taken over three months and I still do not have my crown fitted. This experience has caused me unnecessary stress and inconvenience. The practice feels disorganised, and the dentist is often unavailable or double booked. Overall, I deeply regret signing up with this dental practice. I hope management seriously considers improving organisation and ensuring more professional and reliable care for patients in the future.

    Spoke to Courtney, after stating she was unable to help me and that I'd need to speak with a head receptionist she was unable to transfer me anybody who could help, informed me there was no manager on site and was simply dismissive to my requests. I'm glad not to be a user of this service if this is how the staff treat those making enquiries. She remained calm on the phone, wasn't rude but certainly appeared to not want to help me in any way. To the practice: Please update your state on the NHS Services website to save people wasting their time contacting you for NHS registration when you're aware your books are full. TY

    They filled up my tooth but after two times he couldn't make it level with my another teeth and he was so hurry he just got me off first time was it terrible I was uncomfortable with my tooth then I went back to fix this properly but he still couldn't give me a nice fill up,,rubbish

    Hi every one in history I went there to root canal filing and the doctor broke needle in my teeth and then say sorry know in the main hosp ital they remove my teeth never go there for registration all of them is p ractise not full graduate
