I originally went to this company for a repair to a broken denture. I was seen & dealt with promptly, professionally and relatively cheaply. I then decided to have my dentures replaced as I'd had them quite some years. Expensive, but reasonably so. Each visit was professional, friendly, kind and caring. Perfectly happy with the result.Frankly, I can find nothing to criticise. I thoroughly recommend them without reservation.
I would like to share how pleased l was that l was recommended by my dentist to Confident Denture Clinic. Having lost my bridge due to a gum infection, l was extremely distraught, l did have a temporary national health plate fitted prior to going to Confident, l cannot express how uncomfortable this was. I have know finished my course at Confident and l cannot express how pleased l am with the end result Phil and Denise are very professional and put you at ease, they explained fully at each visit what they would be doing and it was a joy to go knowing that you were in capable and caring hand Thank you once again, l have my smile back again.
First dentures so rather nervous . Soon put at ease by Phil & Denise Lovely couple very professional in every aspect .. new dentures made & fitted real quickly ,, fitted so well I forgot to take them out the first night so just taken out for cleaning. My bottom denture broke in two pieces last night. I only have one tooth left on the bottom, a canine, and when I took the two pieces of denture out it was painful as it had nothing supporting it and when I tried to keep the two pieces of my bottom denture in place it was also painful. I had hardly any sleep last night and this morning I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone at my dentist let alone arrange an appointment. I called Confidents Denture Clinic as a last resort and they saw me staright away. I could barely talk on the phone and the lady who greeted me when arrived was very freindly and sympathetic to my plight. The repair was done in about and hour and I am so pleased! The technician was knowledgeable and informative and has done a bang up job on repairing my denture. It fits as good as it always has and I can eat and talk again! Very reasonable price too. I highly recommend this place.
