   Seen in an emergency appointment within one hour, for a swollen/painful abscess. Being six weeks post op after heart bypass surgery and on two blood thinners, all options and concerns were discussed before the tooth was removed and treatment for the infection given.    If I could give this dentist surgery in particular Anna 100 stars I would. Nobody likes going to the dentist but Anna is the most amazing, calming, friendly, reassuring dentist I have ever ever been too. I went in as a none patient with an emergency walked out and signed my whole family up. My daughter is having some work done with Ravi who is equally amazing. Then there’s the gorgeous reception staff who are super friendly, helpful, down to earth who always make sure (even is adults) haha get a sticker. I truly could not recommend this practice anymore 10/10

   I'd arrived having tripped over and I was patched up by the kind staff in the surgery. It made me a bit late for my filling, but that was still accommodated for me. The filling went well with no pain at all, even afterwards. I also received a follow up call the next day to check if I was OK. Excellent customer service.

   I have no problems in recommending New Road for any of your dental needs. I have only used them once in an emergency, the day before I was due to go on holiday a couple of weeks ago, and nothing was too much trouble. If they weren't so far away, I'd be asking to join them as regular patient. Thank you Cathy and the team. :)

   I have been with New Road for years, and I can honestly say that I wouldn't go anywhere else. I needed a filling today and Denay was brilliant. Really reassuring and made me feel at ease all the way through the process. If anyone is nervous about dental treatment, then this is definitely the dentist for you :)

   Anna Mcdonagh, Dental surgeon...absolutely outstanding! Had a wisdom tooth extraction earlier today, really excellent service from a total professional. Totally painless, great advice for ongoing treatment. Highly reccomend this practice and ANNA in particular. Since original review have had dental implant fitted by Anna Perfect result! Outstanding dentist.

   Ravi is an amazing dentist - we have used him for years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Have left 4 stars because when you call you have to listen to two minutes of information before you can select an option. I avoid calling up for this reason!

   I recently saw the dentist to have a crown fitted. Everything was explained to me brilliantly. The dentist also told me he would stop for a minute whenever I needed it. As a very anxious patient, I greatly appreciated the patience and understanding I was shown. The hygienist was very friendly and informative too.

   Poor service. I have tried to stay away due to the pandemic. Contacted today to try and see someone and told that as I hadn't been seen for over 2 years I had been removed from the list. I was on annual recalls and all of this would have fallen in the time the practice was not seeing routine patients. As they were only closed for 3 months (not for routine work where it was much longer) there is basically no grace period. Would have been helpful if they let patients know that this was the case, I have heard absolutely nothing from the practice in any way shape or form since 2019!
