I have been buying from Geox Oxford Circus shops for more than years and the shoes are perfect and the staff so helpful in making the right choice. Recently I developed bunion and struggled with a shoe. The staff not only exchanged it but helped me choose the right one for my feet. Great shoes and I will always buy from this oxford street shop.
Today, 11/17/25, at the Geox store on Oxford Street at around 2:10 p.m., I was with my daughter, and a small white handbag with all personal documents, money and cards was stolen from her. She was trying on boots inside the back of the store, in the farthest part of the door. After trying on boots, we took our bags and luggage and reached the door and saw that the handbag was missing. We immediately turned around and went into the place where she was trying on. She told the girl who was serving her. The staff did not provide any assistance. There was no security at the door. After our insistence, they contacted the police by phone. There is a camera above the seating and shoe-trying area, but they said that no one from the store or from Geox can see the cameras. In reality, no one did anything. They watched indifferently, and we are tourists and have to fly tomorrow. Without documents is a problem. The strange thing was that no one was following or asking the customers what they wanted! The woman sitting next to my daughter was walking around without trying on shoes and no one asked her why she was sitting there. Any customer can literally be robbed while bending down to try on their shoes. There is no security at the door. I do not recommend shopping in this store. We sat for about 1 hour in the store asking to see the cameras, but they refused to contact any store manager. We have been customers of the store for the last 3 years, but today we saw that the management and service of the Geox store is bad. You go in to buy shoes and you are left without a handbag and without personal documents! It turns out that it is more dangerous in the store than on the street! And I clarify again that this happened at the back of the store, the path to the door is long, we were next to the warehouse from which they take out shoes for testing. Very strange behavior of the staff, no cooperation, no security at the door. The staff behaved as if it was normal for your documents and bag to be stolen in the store while they let you try on shoes! People enter the store and steal.
‼️No security in this shop and you can be robbed very easily — be careful!!! I was in the store today waiting to try on some shoes. A woman sat next to me pretending to be a customer, but no one from the staff approached her or asked her anything. When my shoes arrived, I started trying them on and at some point the woman disappeared. After I left the shop, I realised my bag was missing. I immediately returned to the store to inform the shop assistants, but they did not react at first — they acted as if I wasn’t even there. Only after I kept asking what to do did they decide to help and call the police, but around 10 minutes had already passed. There were no other customers at that moment, so they could have helped sooner. The staff also refused to check or show any cameras (maybe that is the policy), but the overall impression is that in this shop you can be robbed and no one will do anything to help you quickly. Very disappointing and stressful experience. Please be careful with your belongings in this store.
I don’t normally review non-food shops, but this was an exception I would like to thank Donna who was very patient and did her very best to find me a pair of shoes for a wedding. Unfortunately, they did not have the size and she suggested online. Before I ordered online I popped into a few other shoe shops and in fact I found what I was looking for. However because Donna was so professional I decided to order online and purchased my shoes from you. Special thanks to Donna it was because of her, I shopped with you.
I bought these shoes online, I used them twice and they got dirty, but the first time I cleaned them by hand they looked horrible and the colors mixed. I don't recommend them if you don't want to waste your time and money.
They charged me more on my previous order for something I did not take and went I went they said they cannot return back my money. Asked for the cameras to be checked to make sure that I did not get the item and they refused! There should be a system which checks if they sold something or not and they said they didnt!!!! Also, the lady attached refused to give me her name and she and her colleague were laughing and saying it is my fault that I did not check and made them take more money.
This week I got an online order shipped from this store. I have been a GEOX client for ages because I love the quality of the product, but this time I was very disappointed. When I received the package and I opened the box I was shocked. The boots were badly arranged in the box. The paper that usually is in the shoes to keep the shape was randomly left in the box. But even worse, the shoes had a very bad smell, like they have been used before to be sold. This is disgusting! I have spoken to GEOX customer service and they told me that the box was sent from this store in London. I would recommend the people in the store to be more careful next time. Sorry to say that but this is not the service that I am used to with GEOX!
Most staff quite helpful and friendly in store! I would avoid ordering online as it comes all the way from Italy and if you want to return it's best to do it in store otherwise it takes ages for it to reach Italy warehouse
I went in today to return boots bought in 2019 where the sole had disintegrated like nothing I've ever experienced. I was treated fairly and with kindness by the manager Manuello, even though the store seemed super busy, he took to listen to understand and presented me with the art of the possible rather than tell me why nothing could be done. Thank you.
Please be well aware they don't do refund just voucher credit and I purchased a pair of trainers on Sunday , it was a mid season sale and I tried and love them, they were comfortable however I only wore them once outside, they run against on my skin, it cause my feet blisters, so I went bk to the shop , the shopkeeper name Walid was polite and helped me to sort out and asked me if I want the same style again , I said I don't want same experience, he told me there is a lot other styles it might be better for me, I told him I don't want to pay extra and he told me to wait till in December there will be another sale, it was a disappointed 1st time experience.
