   I recently had a root canal performed by Jason, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care I received. Jason was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. He took the time to talk me through each step, made sure I felt comfortable, and was extremely gentle and patient the entire time. He certainly knows his stuff! I've been coming here since I was 3 years old, and the care has always been consistently excellent, always showing kindness and professionalism. I can’t thank Jason and the rest of the practice enough for looking after me so well.

   Lovely professional service. But not for elderly or disabled patients. Too many steps If dentist is in a rush and too many patients waiting she will be rough and manhandle your face. I wished she was gentle and tender with her hands and fingers .

   Been coming to this dentist for over 30 years. Amazing staff, so helpful, kind, considerate n nothing is to much trouble. The receptionists are helpful and accommodating. Nathan is so kind and gentle. The nurse is the best and knows me so well. Wonderful dentist and wonderful staff. Can't fault them. Thanks to them all.

   Excellent dental practice with kind and professional staff. My family have been patients at Cosmo Dent for over thirty years and we highly recommend them. Our dentist and dental nurse are always kind and put us at ease and are honest and professional, and the receptionist is always so helpful and accommodating. When we have required emergency treatment they have always seen us quickly and made sure that we have received high quality care. Thank you Cosmo Dent for all your care and for making our visits so pleasant and stress-free.

   We have been using this practice for nearly a decade now , Decent customer care and staff are highly people skilled. 2 hours free parking at local supermarket just 2 minutes walkable distance. Recommend this place if you live in and around of Oldbury, Westbromwich, Tividale or Dudley. If you are a new patient then your waiting time can be two to three months hence given four star rating.

   Broke off half of a front tooth. Looked and felt ghastly!! Cosmo Dent saw me the same day, having just had a cancellation. They did a wonderful job re-building the tooth. I have been attending this dental practice for many years and have nothing but praise for the service provided and the friendly attitude of all involved.

   AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Have never been to a more unprofessional dental practice! The staff are absolutely horrendous and rude, the receptionist is very unprofessional and rude, there has been many times I have phoned for an appointment regarding my dad and I have been laughed at down the phone, she doesn’t know how to communicate and talk to patients in a respectful manner at all. The dentist staff worry me too, they don’t seem to take very much notice of their patients, my dad has had to visit them quite a few times within the last few months and every single time he has had a bad experience! Have never had an appointment with them that’s been on time , always get called in about half an hour late. Wouldn’t recommend going to them at all, you will just waste your money! As soon as we get the chance we will be moving to a different dental practice.

   Always excellent, and fully deserving of a 5 star review, as I always receive a 5 star service. I’ve been a patient at Cosmo-Dent in Oldbury for nearly 20 years and would not go anywhere else for dental treatment. The care is extremely professional, and the dentists and support staff provide a very reassuring human touch in what can sometimes be a stressful situation. The practice’s patient-led approach inspired me with a confidence I’ve never had with other practitioners the very first time I visited, and this increases each time I need work on my teeth. Mandy Pham’s attention to detail and concern for my welfare are always exemplary, and my experiences with her colleagues have shown the same level of awareness of my needs. Mandy understands me, both as a patient a person, and she always responds positively to my requests for information or guidance on the treatment I need, while using her considerable skill and experience to keep my teeth in the best possible condition, and pain-free, often going above and beyond the call of duty. I’ve had root canal work, extractions, fillings, and routine procedures, and each has been a distress-free experience with a positive outcome. I genuinely cannot recommend Cosmo-Dent highly enough.
