I have the utmost trust in the professional direction given by Dr Jag. He ensured that I was listened to and advised using a clearly solid professional knowledge and experience. His use of humour is second to none and as such he ensured that I felt comfortable throughout the experience. Thank you for putting up with me!!
Whilst none of us enjoy a trip to the dentist, Bhandal Dental Practice is friendly and efficient and Omar, the dentist treating me is positive, honest and straightforward whilst being friendly and jovial. Most importantly, the treatment he and his assistant gave me was first class.
Excellent service and so thorough by dentist "jags". He completed a filling today and a scale and polish a few weeks for me and my wife. I would certainly recommend him and this practice.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE steer well clear. The wrong tooth was 'messed' with. So now not only do I have Problem 1, but I also have Problem 2. I would NEVER EVER put my trust in this Practice again!! Money taken, of course. Thankfully, I work with bona-fide dentists, so hopefully they can rectify this botch job for me. Rest assured that I will be taking the matter much further.
My sister and myself saw Arsalan yesterday. He is very good, polite and friendly. We were very happy with the service and would highly recommend him.
I had a toothache under the filling. The doctor removed the seal and began to treat the tooth and I do not know how he broke it, I had to remove it. He injected an analgesic, the gum did not freeze, and began to remove it alive. It was terrible . I do not recommend this polyclenics.
Very disappointed in this dental practice. Visited pre covid and was satisfied but through covid I had to visit as I felt my filling had fallen out/broke, I was told by the dentist everything was fine - not sure how he knew this as he only asked me to open my mouth as I walked into the room, I didn't even sit down. They tried to charge me Band A which I refused to pay as I had been with the dentist a matter of seconds and no equipment was used other than his eyes. I moved practices to the Bhandals in Cradley and through their thorough examination and xrays, the tooth I had previously visited about is now at risk of extraction. It's hard to say if this would have been the case if the dentist has of done more of a thorough check but it's fair to say there's a higher chance it would have been saved. Thanks alot!
lovely people, easy to ring and get through as well & i feel really comfortable with the dentist! went for a check up and scaling & had my first ever filling & it was all good. Was numb for a few hours after but healthy teeth is non-negotiable, thanks so much! x
