    I came with clearly faulty school shoes today store manager was really rude unprofessional and she haven’t done anything to sort this issue even though manger who worked yesterday said just bring shoes in and we will swap them for new ones that’s why I came next day ! Very very disappointed sadly i didn’t ask her name would definitely mentioned here.

    Really rude young man working this morning. My item did not have a price so he asked me if there was another, I went and got one with a price. When purchase was complete, he told me “you can put the bag away”. Please and thankyou don’t cost a thing. It’s not like they were busy. Need to be taught the basics in customer service.

    I get most of my shoes from here. They have a good selection of sports, casual, footwear. They also have work boots and formal shoes. For the Ladies they also have a selection of handbags. At the service point there is also a choice of accessories.

    Deichmann offers a wide choice of recognisable footwear labels (and some not-so-recognisable labels). Everything is reasonably priced and I even scooped a pair of trainers that would've been about a tenner more in the brand's own store.
