   The young lady staff member was extremely helpful and pleasant. Was very informative and helped get some trainers and a jacket for a great price. Really impressed, if only there was a bit more choice of styles. But the prices were excellent, cheaper than online. Well worth the trip. Recommend to anyone looking for quality shoes.

   Really helpful staff but I was unable to purchase New Balance (NB) trail shoes at this store even though I have bought trail shoes from here in the past. That seems ridiculous because there is a lot of off road running in the area and members of our local running clubs would benefit from this outlet being fully stocked with all NB products. It was explained to me by the shop employees that their requests for NB to supply trail shoes to this outlet had been turned down as such products are stocked in shops in outdoor areas such as the Lake District. Most of us don't live in these areas and if visiting go there to walk, run or climb etc. I, for one, don't go on holiday to go shopping and need to purchase equipment locally so please stock items that, as runners, we require. I did, however, buy a pair of road shoes which are excellent.

   The two young ladies who served us were AMAZING: they went above & beyond to help my husband (who has serious mobility issues) find shoes to suit him (not easy, as the style, with velcro, that he wanted is no longer available in the UK). Amazing care and customer service

   Absolutely fantastic customer service. I called in on the off chance they had the trainers I was looking for (they are discontinued and out of stock online in my size). They hadn't but the shop assistant went out of her way to locate them in another store for me. 5*****
