   Worst shopping experience I have ever had, the staff is unfriendly, dismissive, unhelpful. I went to visit Tooting branch today with my gf, since the very beginning we notice an unsettling atmosphere in the shop, the staff is angry, unhappy to be there. I started to look for shoes, I found 3 pairs I wanted to purchase and I asked the salesperson to give me the right sizes to try on. However, she only agreed to get one new pair from the storage (there wasn't my size on display) and was reluctant get the other two. She just told me to try the ones on display stating that it's my size. While I was trying the shoes, she was just standing there pressuring me to hurry up. It made me feel like she was just trying to kick me out of the shop. At the end I decided to buy all 3 pairs of the shoes but she said it wasn't possible for them to get two new pairs from the storage as the shop was closing in 5 mins while she previously only let me try the ones on display. It was clearly a lie as it was only 6:30pm (another salesperson later told me the shop was going to close at 7 pm). However, even after this other salesperson acknowledged what happened to us, she just said sorry but didn't do nothing to sort the situation. Long story short she let me buy just one pair, the one she got from the storage so JD lost other 2 purchases, just because the people working there are highly unprofessional, such a shame, I've always been shopping in JD in the past, big disappointment.

   The woman with face tattoo is clearly have addiction and anger issue. She was extremely rude AFTER 1 hour waitingto pay , she refused to serve me, make yourself a favour DONT GO THERE

   Went shopping for trainers and had issues with floor manager. She was reluctant to give both shoes for trying on and kept taking the boxes away and moving round the store. Asked to try the other pair and she said “what, again??”. Unfriendly, curt and unhelpful. Would not recommend

   Got some trainers that are faulty after I'd wore them literally for a few hours, took them back with recipet and box and the manager refused to exchange them or give me refund. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
