   Fantastic car buying experience with Harratts of Pontefract. From first contact the staff were friendly, polite and really helpful. The garage was easy to find and the place is spotless too. Super first car buying experience for our son, Jack dealt with us from test drive to collecting the car a few days later. It was the smoothest highly efficient service from start to finish, everything as should be with the car and paperwork and Jack was a pleasure do deal with and anyone will enjoy buying a car from him, if I could give 10 stars I would.

   Great experience buying my mini cooper from getting a great video sent with a full walk round the car inside and out. After a phone conversation went to see Chris for a test drive more then happy with the car great deal on my part exchange. Just picked the car up today and Chris had put £20 of fuel in the car to get me home no problem. Thank you very much Chris.

   It's the first time I've used Harratts of Pontefract and I couldn't have had a better service! I enquired about a car and Chris quickly got in touch and sent me a video of the car while it was in preparation and a further detailed video when it arrived at the showroom. No query was too much trouble. I also had an excellent service when trading my car. A massive thank you to Chris for not putting me under any pressure and for making this such an effortless experience. I am now a very proud owner of a gorgeous C3. I would not hesitate to recommend Harratts to anyone looking to buy their next car

   A very good range of quality cars to choose from and reasonable prices. The dealership is spotlessly clean and has a seating and drinks area which is very comfortable. I think it had a TV too. Also free wifi whilst waiting was an added customer service bonus. I found all the staff to be very attentive, couteous, helpful and go beyond the usual level of customer service. A special mention to Dave Bell and Chris who looked after us throughout. They also sorted the car tax out online for us. In addition, a problem with the car we bought was solved immediately (with the added bonus of a courtesy car) after they again, went above and beyond. When their mechanics couldn't pinpoint the electrical fault (through no fault of their own) they brought in a Nissan engineer who found the issue and solved it. Their customer service is exceptional as is their attention to detail and they look after you very well. Follow up calls to see if everything is okay with the car was very much appreciated. I would not hesitate to recommend this family run business to people. Five stars is well deserved and I would definitely buy from Harratts again.
