   Absolutely disgusting service from this hotel. I booked an emergency booking for my sister due to domestic violence. They refused her as she didn’t have ID to stay. I personally called and said I’d booked and that it was to keep my sister safe from a violently domestic situation . The woman said she doesn’t care and want to see my sisters driving license . I made it clear that it was at the home of her abusive partners but that I’d paid for the room and can she not just stay. Her response was no!!… this was a room I’d paid for to keep my sister safe…. What a disgusting service. And to think I’d paid up front for this

   Passable. It's not bad for the price; it's got most things you need. The rooms come with the obvious bed(s) and bathrooms, as well as a TV, Desk/Chair, kettle as long as packets that are needed for making tea/coffee. The bathroom's got little bottles of bodywash/shampoo, as well as a small bar of soap. Sleep quality wasn't the best - the beds weren't the most comfortable but overall they got the job mostly done. The windows could do with improvements, it's got a significant amount of grime at the top in multiple rooms. The bathroom is quite loud too for whatever reason, I think it's a fan in there.

   More bad service than usual and we lived here for 4 months and still, no one has fixed a severe leak. The beds are dirty and they smell appalling. The wires don't work well, and the staff in the reception are very rude. What's the point of spending money here if they don't even respect you?

   Fantastic service! I was impressed, all the staff bent over backwards to help us. Breakfast was great value. No problems parking, the beds were super comfy! What great value compared to other hotels in the same area.

   Rooms were clean, bathroom was a bit "tired". However, the building was getting renovation done so that should be resolved soon. Didn't eat at the bar/restaurant but we did see some of the meals when passing by (other people were eating) and it looked presented and the prices were reasonable. Not enough disabled parking bays - this was a problem when we stayed. The overflow parking area was too far away from the entrance for me to walk, I dropped my wife off at the door - she uses a 4 wheel walker and can't really do hills - and parked on the road just opposite the entrance to the front car park, as that was nearer to door. When we were checking out our car broke down, but the staff were happy to let us wait inside until the recovery truck arrived - almost 3 hours! The only problem with the location of the hotel is that it's not "central" to Oldham - and the roads were too busy to walk to the venue we were there for. As long as you are prepared to drive/get a taxi to your venue, I can recommend this hotel.

   The staff are very rude and abrupt. Firstly they breach data protection, secondly they also kicked a vulnerable lady out of the hotel who is homeless. The staff have very smug faces and are very sly. I have reported to the police as this isn’t on - they’re “professionals” yet stalking guests on social media and breaching data protection.

   The hotel were very unfair to a guest just because she was a working girl and was filming content for her social media. I think they were jealous so they kicked her out in the middle of the night wearing very little clothing. Very unfair do not stay here

   The staff are very friendly, caring and very polite, the room is of a high standard of hygiene, if you need anything, all you afto do is ask at reception. Just one criticism, Please make all rules noticeable both inside and outside the building. I would stay at this hotel again..
