Whilst the staff were lovely, the unbearable heat in Room 122 meant no sleep. Couldn’t even open the curtains at night to let the tiniest bit of fresh air come in as there were blaring lights outside! I hate to think what the rooms are like in the height of summer! Sadly after this experience and the response from guest relations, it’s the last time I’ll ever book into a Premier Inn. Not even the breakfasts are as nice as they once were. Hugely disappointed at their lack of customer service.

Had to stop here in early September for work. Both guys working the desk were really great (sorry I forget names). I was able to secure ground floor rooms for my colleague and myself, which enabled us to bring our bikes and use those to travel the four days. Rooms are adequate and are exactly what you expect to get at a premier inn. Location may not suit everyone but for us it was perfect. Was able to have the work van locked in around back which was really good. The guy that booked us in on the day went above and beyond for us and was great (you probably know who you are if you're reading this). We will definitely be using this place again as we are set to come back for work in December. Wished you could get better EE signal inside but that's certainly no fault of the hotels.

I recently stayed at Premier Inn and had such a positive experience thanks to the amazing staff. Two team members in particular really stood out – Mia and Chris. Both were incredibly polite, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our stay smooth and comfortable. Their helpfulness made a real difference and left us feeling very well looked after. Big thanks to them for their kindness and professionalism!

I've stayed at several locations within this Premier Inn chain, and while the service and staff here were genuinely lovely and friendly (which is really appreciated), this particular site could benefit from a bit of a refresh. The corridors had a noticeable odour, and the carpets seemed quite worn which impacts the overall first impression. The room itself was okay, clean and pretty standard, though compared to other locations, it didn’t have that same fresh and welcoming feel I've experienced elsewhere (including at other competing chains). That said the warm attitude of the staff made a big difference, and I hope this feedback is helpful for future improvements. I’d love to see this location meet the high standards we’ve all come to expect from the brand.

Needs Better Cleanliness and Customer Service I stayed at the Premier Inn Broadway Oldham for three nights in a family room. While the room itself was okay in terms of space and basic amenities, the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The carpet was very dirty and hadn’t been cleaned properly in a long time. There was visible dust all over the room, including on the fan, which we couldn’t even use because it blew out more dust when turned on. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, which we appreciated. However, there was one staff member at reception — a white, chubby male — who was consistently moody and unwelcoming. I had to approach him twice on separate days for basic requests like toilet tissue and room cleaning, and both times his attitude was rude and dismissive. It made me feel uncomfortable and hesitant to ask for anything else during our stay, which shouldn’t be the case in any hotel. I hope the management sees this and addresses both the cleanliness of the rooms and the attitude of certain staff members. The hotel has potential, but these issues really impacted our overall experience.

Awful. Staff at night are absolutely disgusting. Was rascially abused so much to the point by the man to the point I could not stay any longer and to top it off was given the middle finger. I don’t suggest as you aren’t given the same respect at night from when you check in with the female staff. I will be taking this further

Understaffed but they were all really friendly. The guy on reception was welcoming and helpful. Big issue for me is I can’t have breakfast there as they think the whole world takes semi skimmed milk with cereal. Nope! This is an easy fix guys and shouldn’t be an issue

I have stayed here a few times while visiting my sister . The rooms are always clean and the breakfast in the restaurant is good value for money as its unlimited.

Okay well its not a world class hotel... but its very clean, tidy and well managed and pretty cheap.if you book ahead so its great if you need a couple of nights in Chadderton.

Lovely clean room. Big bed and bathroom. Racheael on reception is brilliant and works hard to give customers satisfaction. Pub adjoining is decent but never any real ale so sadly I am now looking for an alternative. That's the only downside
