   Disappointing for such a highly regarded shop. Spent over £300 on La Duca boots. Went into store, had them especially FITTED BY STAFF. Leather started to split/tear and sole coming away after only a few uses and months of having them. Contacted shop by email and eventually got a reply to say they had to be seen on feet to check them and may have to have their tailor "repair" them even though it would be difficult to repair.....No mention of replacement! Would be hard for me to return to store in London.....phoned store and was advised by "Emily" the then acting manager someone would be in touch but never did. Extremely poor after sales care and basically no warranty for faulty goods.

   My daughter and I visited the store just after Christmas to purchase her first pair of LaDucas. We were both so impressed by the fantastic service and attention to detail. I didn’t catch the young guy’s name who assisted my daughter unfortunately, as I would have definitely made sure they had the praise they deserve. They were friendly and very professional, and really made my daughter feel special. When you try on the boots, a large mat is placed in the floor for you which looks very luxurious. The assistant chatted with my daughter about her final terms at university and what her plans are afterwards. Everything was done to make her feel special. The assistant was very knowledgeable and provided the perfect fit of boot for my daughter. She is over the moon with her purchase. We also left with a LaDuca Christmas bauble for our tree as a memento. These boots are expensive. However, they are very well made and are a great investment for anyone who is about to embark on the Musical Theatre world. We would definitely recommend this store and employee.

   My friend and I ordered, from Australia, over the phone with Bethany. She was beyond helpful. Being professionals, we are very fussy about how we like shoes to fit and being down under needed them measured picked and sent very quickly. Bethany nailed it. They fit like a dream and got here in perfect nick within a week!!! Cannot recommend enough! Thank you Bethany, you’re an absolute star!!

   Best dance footwear. You don’t need to worry about your feet just concentrate on your dance. The shop is beautiful, plenty of stock and the staff very helpful and knowledgeable. They work to ensure the perfect fit. I purchased a pair of Laura boots and I will be back for more. Thank you
