   I’ve had these Birkenstocks for just three months, and they’re already falling apart. That’s unacceptable for a brand that built its reputation on durability and quality. I’ve owned Birkenstocks in the past that lasted for years, so this is a real letdown. Something has clearly changed, whether it’s cheaper materials or outsourced manufacturing, but the quality is nowhere near what it was 10 years ago. Truly disappointing and not worth the price anymore.

   Harvey greeted me with kindness the moment I stepped into the store. Harvey explained the differences in makes, materials and prices. I was very happy when I left the store with my new Birkenstocks and 75% of the reason I made the purchase was because Harvey was welcoming and patient. Happy bunny. Will visit again.

   Excellent service and always with smile on face despite my thousands requests and questions. Good to see high standard. You pay for quality which I don’t have a problem with. You should try as many types of shoes as possible as some sizes will differ and in case they don’t have your colour you can order online.

   The experience was great overall and the service was outstanding. I had the pleasure of meeting Anastasia, who went above and beyond. At first, the size I wanted wasn’t available, but she managed to find it, gave me helpful tips, and even took the time to compare which fit worked better for me. On top of that, we had a very pleasant chat. I’m very happy with my new shoes and if I return, I hope to see Anastasia again!

   Went in for a quick question. Stayed half an hour charmed by the service of Adelso and Beth. I had lots of questions and loved the decor of the shop, Adelso thoroughly answered and let me scroll the wooden boxes I loved so much. He even wrote a card for me to remember which shoe I want to buy next week. And he had a genuine laugh and smile with me. Honestly the best server I've ever dealt with my life. I mean it.

   Usually make my purchase online but decided to visit the store. Only limited numbers of customer allowed in at any one time. Pretty sure it’s from lack of staff. Once inside, we were able to browse and choose from decent selection that’s available. We were told they’re waiting on more inventory. Bought several pairs, did not felt rushed during our selection and received excellent services.

   So… you’re likely going to have to queue for a while, especially on a weekend, but they are limiting capacity so you get service. And really do get looked after here, so take your time and ask the right questions so you get the right size. Even though we had to queue for 20 minutes, we thought the experience inside was A*. Having tried to persevere with the wrong size of shoe from the store in Bondi, blood blisters and all, make sure you’re happy with the size before leaving!

   Just been in to Birkenstock and appalled by the service. They have a barrier outside only letting a couple of people in at a time. A guy was waiting outside with me. One lady exited. Then one of the staff let 2 people out. The guy went inside. When I tried to go inside the male member of staff said ‘I tried to close it’ I said ‘oh you don’t want to let me in the shop’ he looked annoyed and begrudgingly let me in. I knew the shoes I wanted, picked them up and asked the female staff member. She wasn’t serving anyone and muttered she was busy. The male assistant asked if I needed help but sounded unhelpful and didn’t even look at me. They didn’t have my size but I’m glad because I didn’t want to pay for this type of terrible service. It’s the worst service ever. I will never go into that shop . 1 star is too many!!

   Excellent Birkenstock location. Its very busy and there is often a queue to get in. However, the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. I was served by Melanie who was absolutely incredible and extremely helpful. She helped me find my size and check availability of the style I wanted. Great store overall and great location. Well stocked too of all the different styles and colours available within the collection. Very popular right now so stock can be low on popular styles.
