Every time I come into this branch all the staff are really friendly and helpful. They are consistent whether it’s busy or not. It’s the same regular faces and they just never fail to help. One girl Sahala was lovely but I will have to get names of others to share!
Saharla and Kaleema, cashier and assistant, they were amazing, lovely, kind, patience and done the job with the smile on their faces. Both went out of their way to help me and make sure I was feeling good with the fitting and the purchase. Great energy and customer service, polite and great listeners as well. Address this to the Manager of the store in Wood Green. I used to shop weekly from this outlet store , with spendings over £300-500. Unfair , and extremely disappointed to see that there’s favouritism on the items people buy. If you stand as an outlet store then consider equality to individuals that wish to buy similar items. I understand that you must keep things in stock to sustain the business but to not give false information that there no “other bags” simply explain to your customer. I was at the store today and saw a lady purchase a bag of my choice, you sold it to the lady and then said those bags are not in stock. I was at the store first, explaining to you I’d like to see that bags , you did mention there is stock downstairs and I respected the fact that you needed time to unload. Very disappointing to see.
We had the delight of trying to return/ change sizes of school shoes today: and a lovely young lady sorted it all out for me and my daughters with as little stress as possible: absolutely wonderful staff member you have there whom reserved the shoes in Tottenham court road
The staff here are so rude. They just laughed at a girls shoe choice and she walked out crying. Hope someone from management sees this.
I had a very unpleasant experience today at Wood Green shop. The staff called Sherlyn I believe, a blonde lady basically refused to serve us probably because she didn’t like east European’s. When I approached her after waiting patiently to finish with the clients in front of us at the queue, she started a conversation with another staff who was climbed on a ladder to fix something on the ceiling. I waited together with my mum patiently, but when finally decided to ask her for the item we wanted she told me I had no manners because I didn’t say “please”. The exactly words I used were: “ Can I have the pair of this shoe?”. After this she completely ignored us, serving other customers, just to make us leave or to us who’s the “boss”. When we finally decided to leave I just told her she’s the one without manners and she basically almost told us to leave. The lady behaved like she owed the place and she could choose which people to serve. I worked in customer service long time and I know this is not the right treatment one should get as a client. This woman was literally racist and didn’t follow at all the guidance or procedures this company has. I know for sure I wouldn’t like to have hired a staff like that, who scares clients and is not selling the items they request for reasons of mood. Honestly this person was very very rude and made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.
I am now a convert...best selection of boots that I personally like... Prices are fair . The assistance was just perfect.. Nice shop and I will be back for sure
