Must praise the service I received in the hotel. I'd booked for the wrong date, John and his colleague at reception were super helpful for sorting me out. The 14th floor bedroom was nice and clean, with a a view on the city. Recommended.

An unusual place to stay - above 8 floors of car park! The view was interesting, though, and we got all the usual Premier Inn service, from soft bed, quiet and dark room, bathtub, TV set, tea and coffee to very friendly staff and great food and drink. My self-created pizza was delicious, and I was able to get alcohol free cider. The only problem was the temperature: both our room and the restaurant was a bit cold.

We had a twin room for one night. Pretty sound everything to be honest, you get what u have payed for with the accommodation and honestly it's nice, the view was quiet nice aswell. Service was good for checking in and with food, especially Julia who was very friendly. Location was good due to the fact it is so close to the universities which is what we are here for.

Great city centre hotel near many central locations at a great price point for a short stay. Rooms are very clean and of good quality for the price. The meal deal is a great bargain for what you get. A good cooked breakfast in the morning and then a restaurant meal in the evening. Julia in the restaurant was very attentive and made the whole evening meal experience easy. Perfect explanations for any questions I had regarding the meal deal and very good at knowing when to bring out the next course so there was little to no waiting. She also easily explained the ability to takeaway food for your room and was very accommodating with request for this. The food was all great and of excellent quality when on the meal deal. I recommend the pizzette or crispy prawns for starter, burger for main, and chocolate brownie for dessert If you're staying I can't recommend the meal deal enough from a value for money perspective Looking forward to coming back for another week next month

Very nice but let down by little touches. I needed the loo when we arrived and there was no toilet paper in one of the stalls off the reception area. I mentioned it to reception on our way out and when we got back there was none in any of the stalls. The room was very clean, lots of plugs for phone chargers/hair dryers etc. The bathroom mirror didn't steam up while I was in the shower, but the shower had a leak above the head and sprayed water out of the shower over the top of the enclosure. The bathroom and my pyjamas got soaked! We told reception about this but nobody came to look at it while we there. I would still go back as it was nice and the staff were friendly and polite. It's close to the city centre, with a 20 minute walk to most other places. Despite it being on top of a busy road you cannot hear the traffic in the rooms as they are double double-glased. Breakfast was very good though go early to avoid queues.

Its like a big white container sitting on top of the NCP multi story parking...but the oddities stop here. The hotel is amazing, new rooms, clean and quite. The self check-in was great. The parking is ample and located on the 8th floor. Very clean and safe. The hotel stay enables you to get a 24 hr parking for flat rate of 10. The location is very central to the universities.

Hotel was as you would expect. Clean and tidy. Staff were great. Breakfast wasn't but I'm really fussy anyway. Overall, great value for money. Mind the car park fees! Make sure you get a code when you check in.

Really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was spotless and the staff were polite, friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was spot on as usual. Having on-site parking was a huge bonus. Would definitely choose this Premier Inn again when we visit Manchester again. The outstanding view from our room was another highlight of our stay.

The soundproofing was amazing. Windows shut out all the noise from busy roads below and the doors of surrounding rooms wouldn't "slam" when closing. Also couldn't hear showers and toilets of neighbours. Spacious room. Shows good planning and thought into the design of this new hotel. Good discount on the parking. However, not much storage / wardrobe space if staying for a week (like I did) so pretty much living out of a suitcase. Also, the duvet was much too heavy and heat-trapping for this time of year, waking me up in the middle of the night from sweating and overheating, resulting in the AC to be on all night, which is distracting when trying to fall asleep and probably not good for your energy bills. Must be a solution to this?
