   I recently brought a pair of Jordan’s from here. Staff were very welcoming and searched everywhere for the size I needed. Even when I was stuck between 2 shoes the staff got the whole shop to help me decide between them. Truly amazing service.

   Yesterday I went with my partner, we were looking for a specific kind of shoes but when we arrived they told us that they was sold out. Anyway we saw some other ones and ended up buying something completely different. We really like how the shop was looking, organized, etc But the people working there were even better, specially Leon, that with good attitude and smiling all the time helped me and give me good advice, making sure i was happy. Big shout for Leon…. This shoes are sick comfortable

   I went in store last week and as always the store looks presentable but lacks in customer service, sizes and apparently shoe horns. You must have shoe horns as a store that sells shoes! I went looking for a pair of Adidas 84 low and Nike Air Force 1 Billie Eilish and both for size 8 not available. I went and ordered them online and have a look at how I received both pairs..the Air force 1 as soon as I opened the box you could see the stitching damage and the 84 low opened the box and looks like someone has tried and returned them. It’s unacceptable to not check the product before shipping it to the customer. It seems like they knew or not bothered to check and now I have to claim and return them. Very disappointed as an old customer!

   Staff weren’t moving weird. They wanted to charge me double (190 £) on a size 4uk but 110 for a size 3. End up buying that and when I was about to pay they said final sale. The shoes end up being to small as they were not for me and now I cant get my money. Was expecting more as they do have great selection in store and o online but was disappointed with that.

   Worst customer service ever . This is the true example why people go shop online . Bought a pair of Jordan 2 days before wore them for 1 h till I notice they were hurting my feet. Go in two days after for a larger number guy at the counter tells me they are not exchanging them as they were worn and he does not want to get in trouble . Go and buy at some online retailers for cheaper prices and basic customer service .

   Sneakersnstuff are the worst shoesellers in the world. Don't expect any service from these frauds. Will not compy to EU law when you return anything to their webshop and they won't refund your money or reply to your emails.

   I tried to buy trainers for my three boys for Christmas today. Staff were outright rude and unhelpful. After 15 minutes attempting to be helped, we left, went over to offspring who were happy to advise us, and sell a pair of high end trainers for each of my three kids. Very disappointed with SNS

   Dope store! Great selection! These pictures are from the 20th Anniversary Adidas sneaker pack. Nice event, staff were cool - nice vibe and good music. This store is definitely worth a visit! A lot of cool stuff including garments. Will pop in soon!
