Spend alot of time in this shop as i have 2 boys and they love it. However the staff are so rude every single time i go in. Worked in retail for a long time in the west end and im so shocked at how dark, noisy and all the staff are literally children (rude youth's who all say innit and doh and give you dirty looks if want to try something on or exchange something. Manners and a smile would really go along way.
