A nice hotel in a decent location. Me and my partner stayed here as a base for going to the Bad Omens concert on November 28th. The hotel has the standard amenities, nothing particularly extravagant, but you've got everything you need. Welcoming staff (we were greeted by Sasha who was very helpful). Both arenas (AO and Co-op) and relatively nearby, putting this hotel in a great location to get wherever you want to go.

Very beautiful hotel for a decent price. The design is urban and very sleek. It's good value for money. The staff are very warm and helpful. Hotel is accessible to mamchester city centre, Man city, coop live and many other amazing places. There are loads of supermarkets and restaurants around. The breakfast is very nice, the have a great range of cold and hot food. I recommend this hotel

An absolutely lovely hotel, very clean and comfortable rooms. On checking staff were superb, friendly and chatty and helpful. Same when we went to the bar, Fantastic staff and service. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels over the years as traveled a lot for work and have to say this is one of the best for rooms and staff. Only down side is the price of breakfast, granted it's an all you can eat buffet but £15 per person is a bit steep in my opinion, so we decided to skip breakfast. Other than that it is definitely a 5 start place, clean, comfortable, clean and very convenient. Will definitely be back.

Great service and good rooms. The staff are really helpful and polite. The reception and bar was spacious and nice to just relax. Coffee and tea from the machine as they don’t give a kettle in the room. Thought it was a good idea. Breakfast was really good… specially the fresh fruit. Shame Guinness wasn’t on tap but overall lovely place

This hotel it great! Really close to shops and amenities and very clean and nicely done up. The only negative is having no hot drinks facilities in the room... and only being able to get a hot drink by visiting the restaurant downstairs :( A very special mention to staff member Lee who went out of her way to bring my food order to my room for me on the first day of my stay! Exceptional customer service which I hope will be rewarded when her superiors read this :)

Great hotel. Staff were lovely and helpful (especially the guy on reception with the glasses and man bun (I think?), who helped my boyfriend and I out when I stupidly set off the alarm on the safe in our room). The room itself was lovely, clean and amazing value. Also a fab location, right next to a tram stop. Breakfast was lovely and plentiful, and the free parking is a great bonus. The whole experience made my birthday weekend wonderful, so thank you!

Lovely and clean hotel. Comfortable bed, slept very well. Free parking. Breakfast - great selection include hot and cold food. No kettle in the bedroom but free tea and coffee facilities available in the lobby, 24 hours access. Only a few minutes walk to the metrolink - easy to get to Manchester City centre. Will definitely choose this hotel again if we come back to Manchester.

Lovely hotel fantastic price, good location and modern and clean. Only reason i gave 4 stars is the single quilts and 'different' type of pillows were not comfortable. Double quilt would have made for a lot better nights sleep. Breakfast was fantastic, bacon was best ive tasted and cooked to perfection. Cant fault breakfast at all, staff kind and helpful too! Will definitely come back.

Brilliant hotel. Rooms were excellent. 24 hr staffing. First time of staying here Definately won't be the last. Asked for a disabled room for myself and my wife. Got what we asked for. The lift took us to our floor and our room was straight in front of it. So not far to walk. Great parking facilities as well.

Absolutely fantastic hotel, staff are extremely helpful and friendly, breakfast is well made and provides a great variety. The lobby area is brilliant, featuring a pool table and a table football as well as hot drinks machines. Rooms are a great size as are the bathrooms. Will definitely stay here again, cannot recommend enough.
