We were served by Victoria today and weβre looking for school shoes for my little sister. Victoria was really attentive to our needs and incredibly kind (calling my sister Princessβ), helpful and provided an excellent service. Thank You Victoria!

Absolutely disgusting customer service from the shop manager! My toddler touched some shoes and dropped a pair (which I had every intention of picking up) the manager began saying β can you tell your child to stop we are understaffed and I will not be picking this upβ. If you are understaffed, overstaffed, tired or not has nothing to do with me. Really needs to go on some customer service training or even better get the sack!

I've been there twice. Moody shop staff and impolite service. People like that should not be working to serve customers. I don't understand the good reviews. I will never go back to the Walthamstow branch again.

Rubbish ordered school shoes for my son in this shop to be delivered to the shop so I could take my son in and try them on. Paid for them. Just had a phone call from Evri delivery driver saying they have my parcel but don't have an address just a post code which isn't mine or the shops, so will return to sender, phoned the shop they are saying I will have to have them re ordered, as this will be another 7 days and I have to find time to go back to the shop to start the whole process again. He will not have the shoes in time to return to school. What if I don't have enough money to lay out for another pair of shoes while they take time to refund me.

Always good service and selection of the newest models but also good sales. I wish I could afford more Clark shoes.

Do not go to this store if you have a problem. Lina, the store manager, will ask you to go home and sort the problem out online. Clarks sent the wrong shoes in my order. She was so unhelpful and even raised her voice to me. In the end I had to go home and sort it out, something they could have done in store. The other staff are lovely, but avoid the store manager Lina

Went on a Saturday to look for shoes for my 13 month old. Was very busy and there was only 2 shop floor staff (one of which was the manager) and 1 stockroom person. My daughters feet were measured and a size given and a shoe type recommended. We were brought down a few different options. The person serving us was having to manage a few different customers at once. Would have appreciated a bit more one to one time going through things for baby shoes especially during the stage where they're transitioning from crawling to walking but I understand we went at peak time. I suggest having more weekend staff to help with managing customers.
