I bet most people will be silent when treated with disrespect but I am donβt with keeping peace of those who are being rude, discriminative and abusive. If this is the manager then I truly am concerned for the quality of the service and overall knowledge of the stuff. I asked for the gym shoes, which he wasnβt sure if they had any (only the running shoes), reluctant to show me around, he got away from his messenger on his phone and guided me to the men section. I felt the lack of adequate quality of the service and of knowledge of their products, but also I asked what is the reason he is leading me to the menβs section. I get we can have other things in mind, and I get we can get bad days, but truly a level of politeness and at least an apology would be welcomed. Instead he introduced a βI only asked you your sizeβ (didnβt happen) and you took it all wrong- rather a very toxic gaslighting kind of attitude. I asked for a manger where he said he was one (meaning I am in charge so I am right, and you canβt do anything about it- demonstrating position of power), telling g me to get out of his store. As a woman with a child I find this unacceptable anymore that such discrimination, lack of accountability and abuse of power is happening in the places where I am supposed to be served, where in fact I bring my money in. I would like for this to be seen, as I know I speak for many here.. it is helpful that I have a training in psychology and training recognising such threads in behaviours.

Staff have zero customer service skills, no greeting, no please and thank you, no conversation, nothing. Genuinely hate shopping in this store, walked in only out of desperation!

Terrible customer service. Staff are slow and uninterested in their job. Had to wait 15 mins to Tey a pair of shoes and when they gave them to me they didn't even have the laces done so I didnt want to waste anymore of my time doing them and left.
