   Booked in for a replacement tyre on a Sunday at 11:30. Came back at 1:30 and they still hadn't even started the job. Waited inside for another 30mins when the guy took me out to explain the tyre size (not sure why, it's a garage with tyres so they're best placed to know which size it is), when we go round the car the mechanic has taken off the wrong tyre st the back not at the front! So had to wait yet another 30mins for that to be rectified and then we were informed that the other front tyre needed replacing, how convenient. A simple 10min job took over 3 hours. We paid and left, got home and then noticed the wheel centre cover was missing and hadn't been put back on. Shocking service, terrible workmanship NEVER EVER WILL COME BACK. AVOID

   I booked a tyre check for within my lunch break on Friday. Check being the operative word here. Reason being I didn’t want to book in for a tyre change 1. Because it takes longer than my lunch break and 2. I was planning on booking them to fit my tyres at my place of work for convenience. After being sat waiting for an hour I finally asked the guy on front desk “will it be done soon, I need to be letting work know that im going to be late back” to which he’d replied “well the lads said the two front tyres needed changing so they’re on with that. Should be done in next half hour”. Ehhhhh?! No one asked or gave heads up, just cracked on. I eventually got back into the office 2 and a half hours later to a bit of a telling off. Very embarrassing and shocking service. Won’t be going again.

   Very recent problem with car battery not holding charge. Took it in 'on spec' this morning due to non- start. Car was taken to a bay immediately and battery replaced within 30 minutes.    Wayne and team were quick and courteous in offering assistance this morning with the repair of a punctured tyre. I have turned to the branch several times in recent months to help me with fitting tyres and checking wheel alignment and always find the team very friendly and efficient. A great relief knowing where to turn when I need help.

   Ings Road Wakefield branch Came in for my tyres checking as the warning light had come on. They put it on the ramp checked all 4 tyres and paid special attention to the one they found to be low, offering advice going forward. Excellent service, very pleasant staff. Thank you

   Great service. Pleasant receptionist in a functional but clean reception area. Found my puncture and repaired it quickly and efficiently for a very reasonable price. Special thanks to Billy who found the puncture but also checked all the other tyres and removed a nail that had not yet penetrated one of the other tyres.
