Me and my partner stayed over for a night. We was really pleased with the service. Charlotte was outstanding with her service. Very very happy customers to say the least. Charlotte deserves a pay rise. Also have to say we was assisted also by lovely woman called Jo and she was also just very polite and helpful. 2 lovely people thanks for the service. We will be back again for sure. Once again food was outstanding very tasty x

My self and my daughter arrived on a Friday at 1pm. Check in wasn't until 3pm. The room was available but only if we were willing to pay an early check-in fee of £15. This was annoying but this is a no frills hotel so all extras are chargeable. Having paid the £15 we got to the room which was a twin. We paid an extra £5 per bed, another extra for requesting a twin rather than a double. The twin was basically the double pulled apart and the double duvet rolled up under the bed. The room was good although the smell was a little fusty. Shower was excellent and mattress was exceptionally comfortable. The window didn't open so no fresh air was available. TV was very good with volume locked at 15 which meant we couldn't hear neighbours. Breakfast was very good, good selection and tasty. The tram to airport and the city is about a 7 minute walk so very accessible. Shops and restaurants are on the doorstep so no issues there. For the price of the hotel there is nothing to complain about and would return without question. The pros outweigh the cons.

First time at the premier in heald green would normally stay at the one in Cheadle just a short drive away. ( would recommend that one) Reception staff was helpful on my check in. The hotel it’s self is ideally located for the airport and there is airport parking opposite run by a separate company, parking at this hotel is free once you have put your reg number into the tablet next to the reception desk. The hotel is a little dated think it’s time for a refurb but fine for one night stay no longer. The rooms are a little tired and need of work including the bathrooms. Arrived for breakfast at just after 8:15am and no orange juice waiting for a delivery. Had scrambled eggs and mushrooms barely warm didn’t fancy them being microwaved to warm them up and to be turned into rubber. Staff where friendly though can only work with what they are given.

Night manager was really helpful. Hotel has no lift to upper floors so he helped us with our cases. Breakfast is great value. The rooms are very tired, and the water pressure wasn't good - spluttery for all the taps. We did still get a good night's sleep though, and it's convenient for the airport. Heald Green station is right behind the hotel.

Roz on reception was great! She let us know there was a train strike the following day, if we were thinking of going into Manchester by train. Recommended “Cafe on the Lane”, which had fabulous food and drinks. She is an asset to the company, always greeted you with a smile and really positive. The hotel is lovely and clean, close to the airport and recommended for trips into Manchester with the tram stop just a short walk away.

The room was of a basic Premiere Inn standard, so no surprises there. My only issue was that the bathroom smelled like it'd been cleaned with a dirty cloth, leaving the whole room smelling.. interesting.. from the second we opened the door. I decided not to use the shower in there as a result, which is a shame after a long day of travel. Location was good to get to the airport in the morning, however be aware that if you are booking a taxi, this will be a £20 journey. If you are traveling here by train as we did, get of at the Heald Green stop as it's literally next to the station. Overall I can't complain at the price we paid for what we received. It was £60 a night for peace of mind on an early flight,

Ideally situated close to the airport this premier inn is busier than many I’ve been to. The welcome at reception is very friendly and check-in effortless. Rooms are a good size with very comfortable beds meaning you’ll get a good nights rest. I was surprised that the noise from planes overhead was minimal and didn’t disturb my sleep. Ample free car parking is also provided. I’ll definitely stay again. Food and drink is provided by Beefeater a matter of metres next door.
