   Poor service the staff all in a circle by the door in middle of aisle all talking about what they did last night I had to squeeze through ..The cashier was serving me stopped to help others while serving me no apology and no thankyou at the end of the service . Bad experience

   There are two branches of JD Sports in Wood Green. Staff were helpful but the store needs a bit of a revamp as it was cramped, untidy and in need of new flooring. The first store did not have the item I wanted to purchase but I was able to make my purchase in the other branch.

   Poor customer service! Music is way too loud, the staff likes the music be to loud, it's not a club, even if the great majority of customers are young still too loud. Some of the stores are unsafe, no security at all.

   Worst jd ever AVOID manager was standing there talking to staff about how he wish there was a hot girl to flirt with not sure why he had so much confidence when he was not good looking at all. Costumers service was extremely poor.

   and i didnt feel that there attitude was professional as they were laughing each other and finding my situation fun, also what concerned the manager who was dealing with my situation, was calling out from a distance, my information which should be made confidential yet he as a manager didnt acknowelege this which made me feel uncomfortable and had to call him over and asked him can i speak to the manager,but he said that he was the manager and by that i was shocked.I dont think that he was professional in this manner as he should of been aware of customer privacy. I am not at all happy about this and were making this situation worse by their behaviour towards me. And when i left the its a very big let down on their behalf as they should be mindful of customers and their needs, if they are not fit to serve customers maybe they should consider a different career route that doesnt involve working with people as, they havent shown a professional attitude to customers, The manager didnt even apologise for the issue, i left the store upset and disappointment. This is not right at all. If your employing people with the right healthy head on their shoulders, its really worrying the type of people your employing.

   Worst jd sports ever. Want to take money but make any excuse not to give money back. The staff especially the bleached out women at the desk is rude with no manners and totally unprofessional also the tall manager with glasses talking the most rubbish. Not professional and they just about have a good selection on sneakers. Store isn't clean and so unorganized. To be honest when I walked in I felt a strange energy maybe from the dark and dirty store, it's not glowing at all. Better to go oxford circus or if in north London atleast Tottenham hale. Please I insist do not waste your time. Please and thanks

   A very buzy shop with not enough customer service staff. However they do have a lovely range of shoes but avoid going on a Saturday or Sunday as it is crazy buzy.
