I went in today to have a look at some pair of shoes for my mum but one of the staff who probably was the manager was very rude and arrogant. I left the shop without purchasing as I got really upset with their attitude. Really disappointed and will never go to that shop again.
bought my elderly mum a pair of velcro shoe for xmas she wasn't with me at the time I just choose a size 7 . according to her they feel like heaven. she loves the shoes so much . I think she will be shopping in pavers in the future.
I needed a pair of shoes for work and decided to take a trip to Pavers. I’ve never shopped with them before and found the staff to be extremely patient both with myself and other customers, although the store was not extremely busy and it was a weekday. I tried on about 6 pairs, so took ages because I was looking for anything but black or as a compromise black with some embellishment. I finally settled on two similar styles which were both tan. The sales assistant did try to sell me some leather protector but I politely declined as I have some at home and thanked them for being so patient. I have worn one pair and they were lovely, so I am really pleased with my purchases and will shop at Pavers again.
Got sketchers shoes,no half sizes,friendly enough staff,always trying to sell cleaner, I must have 2 cans already.

Shoes are good, especially, for sandals. Of all places I have searched for in London, I have found this Ilford shop better for sandals. But this could have sizes like 40. It normally starts from 41 with limited availability. However, shoes really look good.
Staff are friendly and helpful, although management is abrupt and inconsiderate, it would seem that they have a policy of displaying items that is not part of their sale promotion stacked in amongst those items that is advertised as part of the sale promotion. (Even though the same item can be found elsewhere in the shop not underneath a sale banner, so not due to lack of space)When the manager was confronted about false advertisment of those goods rather than remove those items he defended it stating the the sale only applies to selected products, most definitely a case of buyer beware, as the customer will never know until they choose to buy. A shame really because they offer a good range of footwear for all ages, just don't see the need to con their customers when their products are that good.
The colour and types of shoes/sandals I was looking for were not yet available. Also I didn’t feel that the staff were too helpful on this occasion. Some days are better than others. I would go back though as previous visits and products were suitable for my wide, weird shape feet. They usually stock an excellent range at reasonable prices in many colours.
Big sign on the window sale so I went in for 2 pairs of sketchers trainers and was told they are full price it's only odd size shoes and stock we can't get rid of in the sale I wonder why the shop was empty
