The staff’s behavior was disappointing; they came across as unprofessional and unfriendly, and at times even seemed rude. Better training in customer service and communication would greatly improve the overall experience.
I have just left the store and would like to thank Mimi who served me. She was so friendly and personable. She is a kind hearted spirit who I’m sure enhances the expense of shoppers with her warm smile. An asset to your team.
I had the pleasure of being helped by a young lady named Jersey, and I couldn't be more impressed. Despite clearly having a busy day, she took the time to stop, answer all my questions, and even went out of her way to assist me with ordering clothing that was not available at the store. Her politeness, friendliness, and professionalism truly stood out. Jersey made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable — a real credit to her team. Thank you for your outstanding service!
The female cashier was extremely rude she was rude to my wife when she wanted to pay and change her shoe size. The employee threw the shoes rudely and had an attitude towards my wife. It's sad that a business has employees like that. never going back too bad
Not a pleasant experience at this store at all. The store manager was patronising and rude. He refused to accept a return for my Nike Zoom Bella 6 trainers because they were 'clearly worn'. Despite the fact I had evidently not worn them, it was very embarrassing for him as the trainers' sole material, by design, has white specks throughout it (which he mistook as dirt - you can see these specs on any Nike photo of these shoes). It just shows he doesn't know the stock he is selling at all, making him a shonky manager, and now I'm paying the £80 price.

The floor staff here would have to be the rudest, most useless people I have ever come across in a store. After asking to try on some shoes, I was met with a filthy look and a grunt? He then walked off and proceeded to stuff around with another worker. After the manager asked them to serve the customers that were waiting around (inc. myself) he then rolls his eyes and says to another worker "someone get this freaky Aussie her shoes" in front of my face? I walked out after that and went to footlocker - which is where I would recommend anyone else to go, as the service is way better and the workers actually have more than half a brain.
Perhaps the staff were having a bad day. My experience was one that should not be repeated.I persevered and eventually left with what I wanted, shame they wouldn't discount my purchase considering I had the shoe off the shop floor and and an odd box and paid a heavy price.The staff were all very young and polite so I'm sure with time comes experience. I won't be going back.
