   Very happy customer!! Bought a brilliant Volvo V40 - excellent spec - from Pit Stop for a very fair price! Kenny and the whole team are extremely professional and friendly. They have a customer for life in me. If you’re considering buying a car or getting any work/servicing done, Pit Stop is the place to go. They even provided me with a free courtesy car whilst they replaced the timing belt/water pump and full service pre-purchase. It’s hard to find an honest and professional garage, I’ve been burned in the past by another dealer. But Pit Stop have been perfect throughout. 10/10. 5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

   Can’t speak highly enough of Pit Stop Garage in Guiseley. I rang them on the off chance they could help, and they managed to get my car in the very same day. They replaced the entire rear brake system quickly and professionally, and had me back on the road in no time — which was a lifesaver as I had a long drive the following day. Really pleased with the service, the turnaround, and the general attitude of the team. Proper honest garage, great workmanship, and genuinely helpful people. Highly recommended.

   These guys are my guardian angels! I’ve dealt with some dreadful garages in my years and only wish I tried them sooner. They have replaced my tyres at short notice and not ripped me off like Halfords! (£120 less then what I paid at Halfords on Henshaw). They have done my service and MOT at a cheaper price then lookers Nissan and just yesterday when my car was being returned to Nissan and they declined it due to a nail in the tyre, these wonderful humans took the car straight away, took the nail out, repaired the tyre and got me a repair kit all within 1hr. I’ve also witnessed their kindness when an older lady arrived in a panic due to an issue with her car. Turned out she just needed a battery in her key fob, they were kind, caring, had a laugh with her and didn’t charge her. Further to this I sent my friend here two weeks ago with her engine light, her dealer said it would be hundreds of pounds and got her in a panic, these amazing men took it, scanned it, fixed it and charged her less then £100. I’m so lucky to have this garage on my doorstep and I hope it continues to be this kind and compassionate for many years to come. Thank you guys, I’ll see you again with my new car.

   The service and professionalism at pitstop garage is fantastic. We came to look at cars for my daughter to potentially buy her 1st car. Kenny was very understanding of what she was looking for and her questions as a new driver. My daughter bought the car and kenny communicated with us with the progress of the sale. Upon picking it up the following week it was serviced, had a full MOT, 3 months warrenty and was in great condition for a 10 year old car. The after sales service has been fantastic with a couple of minor issues on the car that were sorted very quickly at our convenience. We felt valued and listened to as customers and would highly recommend the team at pitstop garage for their high quality work and professionalism. We will be back when my son needs his 1st car Thanks team pitstop

   I recently purchased my Mini from this garage and the customer service was absolutely outstanding. When I first viewed the car, I noticed a few small paint chips on the boot, which didn’t bother me given it’s a 10 year old car, so I was happy to go ahead. To my surprise, while preparing the car, the owner called to say he wasn’t satisfied with the paintwork and asked if he could keep it for a few extra days to have it professionally repainted. The result was fantastic the car looks amazing. That level of care and attention went far beyond my expectations, and I honestly don’t think I’d buy from another garage again! I’ll be back in a few months to buy my 17 year old her car.

   I have been using this garage for many years and am always provided with a 1st class service . The team are always helpful and efficient, very trustworthy and nothing is ever too much trouble, so much so I have just purchased my 1st vehicle from them and again they have provided excellent service. A massive thank you to all the team and a shout out to Kenny who has been at hand to assist and goes above and beyond to help . I would highly recommend using this garage and wouldn’t go anywhere else !.
