   Had a problem with a previous repair on a window regulator by another garage who wouldn't accept responsibility to look at it again. I spoke to Scott's on Friday. They happily took the work on and also fitted a new battery. Car finished in 4 hours on Tuesday. First class service. Many thanks to Gary and his team.    Just got home from purchasing my first car from Scott’s of Leeds, the best service from John made everything so simple for me buying my first car. I’m also really happy with how the car was presented to me with me getting a call yesterday asking what time I’ll be heading over to collect so they could do another clean on the car. Absolutely 100 and 10% recommend this dealership. Get down there now and go buy your self a car to!!!

   I bought a car from this garage - I was pleased with the service at first until i picked the car up. When i went to drive away the fan belt snapped so had to have that repaired, then two days later my engine management light came on and to this day is still on. I have also had an issue where the garage dealt with the paperwork but put the wrong postcode on the V5 (which i didn't know until DVLA told me) so now my car is registered at the wrong address. Same street name but wrong side of Leeds and different postcode. This has resulted in a £50 fine for non payment of car tax and £25 for a new log book i didn't receive in the first place. Friendly garage but not so great at handling paperwork it seems.

   Good experience at Scott’s. Danny was very accommodating and didn’t put any unnecessary pressure on me, answered all my questions honestly as far as I’m aware. Really happy with my car as it stands. Early days so I will update my review in a few months, but no issues so far (touch wood) which is always the big concern when buying a used car. Thanks a lot
