One of the WORST experiences I’ve ever had, owners switched off the heater at night, so I woke up shivering with sore throat and a start of a cold! The whole place screams CHEAP!! There are a few much better options on Airbnb for the same price band, unfortunately it was booked for the dates I wanted so ended up here.
Owners were very nice but room was very cold, shower was temperamental and the room was located right by a busy road. Would only recommend if staying 1 night for a flight the next day as it's very close to Manchester airport.
Stayed for a night. Had a private room and bathroom. The Room was basic but comfortably. The owner was lovely, very hospitable. Breakfast was solid too. For the price, it's a great value stay.
Mother and Daughter lovely people but the room was not as I expected, they say you get what you pay for . Room was cold and damp,shower cubicle in the corner of the room near the bed. Accommodation not for me.
Terrible, Terrible, terrible. Booked two family rooms and when we arrived we were told the kids can sleep on the floor on top of a duvet. This was completely unacceptable. When discussing with the owner he told us to like it or lump it (paraphrased). Really rude. No en suite and generally worst b&b experience of my life. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid!

We stayed one night in connection with flights from Manchester airport. The guesthouse also provides parking, not just overnight, but for the duration of your trip at a very fair price. The atmosphere is very friendly, the bed was comfortable and the hosts at lovely.
