   Meng was incredibly helpful during our visit to the adidas store in Westfield Stratford. From the moment we asked about running shoes, he was polite, patient, and really took the time to understand what we needed. Most importantly, he was very informative and clearly knowledgeable about different types of running shoes, explaining the differences in support, cushioning, and fit in a way that was easy to understand. Thanks to Meng, we felt confident we were choosing the right pair rather than just guessing. Excellent customer service – he’s a real asset to the store.

   I was informed recently that Adidas offers the most comfortable trainers, prompting me to visit a store to verify this claim. I tried on a pair of trainers designed for women, and they fit my feet perfectly. These trainers were discounted as part of a Black Friday promotion. I was tempted to purchase them; however, I preferred a different color for the pair I desired. The staff was exceptionally friendly and mentioned that if I visited their website, I would find a wider variety of styles, which I intend to do.

   I recently visited the Adidas store and had an excellent experience thanks to Meng, the team member who helped me. He was friendly, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable about the products. Meng took the time to understand what I was looking for, offered helpful recommendations, and made sure I found the perfect item. His customer service truly stood out and he created a comfortable shopping experience and made everything feel easy and enjoyable. I really appreciate the effort and professionalism he showed throughout my visit. Highly recommend this store, and especially Meng. Thank you for making my visit such a positive one!

   I bought a pair of Adidas Ultraboost 5.0 from the Adidas store in Dubai Mall, while in business. At the time, I was assured that if there were any issues, I could take them to any Adidas store worldwide. I am back in London and the show developed faults - rubber delaminating from foam and foam disintegrating - and so I took the shoes to the Adidas store in Stratford Westfield. They told me to contact Adidas UK online customer service, who then referred me to Adidas Dubai. Dubai customer service, in turn, told me I’d have to return to Dubai to resolve it — which is a complete joke. I’m now in Jakarta in business, and while I was considering buying another pair of Ultraboost 5.0, I’ve completely lost confidence in Adidas - how does a global brand not know how to deal with this. I’ve been a loyal Ultraboost customer since 2016, but this experience has made me rethink. I recently tried on a pair of Hoka shoes — they fit well and felt great — and I’ll likely be switching to them instead.

2. When Needed ★★★★☆

   Went there to collect a pair of trainers bought online. Given an email later when the order was ready to pick up. I used it as an opportunity to have a look at the store. Normally just walk by it. The shop is new and small. I would would say the stock was set out well. I could look around without being in anyone's way. Managed to find myself a jacket while in store which I purchased on the day. Have to say prices of some items are shocking while others very reasonable. Each to their own I guess. Would go back but happily to get items delivered to my home.

   A boy wasn’t helpful when I was shopping on Saturday. He seemed fairly rude and the service was slow. I would never visit the Stratford store AGAIN as I believe it’s the worst I’ve seen especially by this person who seemed to be lazy and arrogant it’s a shop that sells socks and for god sake!!! I personally wouldn’t employ this boy as I think personally he seemed not fit for work in a shop as he is just in the job for money and he doesn’t want to help the public. It seems the boy needs some customer service lessons from other Adidas stores in the area as they are more approachable and seem more polite.

   I'd like to compliment one of your employees, by the name of Miss Klaudia Roman for the excellent service she provided us last week. Ms. Klaudia helped my partner to sort out her walking/running shoes by bringing out so many types for her to try. I was very amazed by Miss Klaudia patience and I want you to know how much we appreciate the excellent service you provided to us on Thursday 1st September 2022. Your attention to detail, great communication skills, and ready smile made the experience even better than I expected. I am higly pleased with your professional manner in which you attended to my partner. You have definitely have gained a new customer and we will also recommend to friends to go over. The manager Miss George was also very helpful, polite and courteous. She shows great leadership towards both her team. Well done. By far the best service we experienced.

   Very clean store, helpful staff and neatly arranged stock. Best part of this store is their click and collect, it's very organised and works well. I will continue to buy my Adidas products in a mix of online and in store with this branch.
