   Really enjoyed my stay at Holiday Inn Manchester – West. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was spotless. Staff were friendly, welcoming, and efficient, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The location is convenient for both business and leisure, with good transport links nearby. Great value for money and a really pleasant experience – I’d definitely stay here again.

   The hotel was very good and the stay was comfortable. Manager Haadi is very polite, kind, and professional. He genuinely cares about guests and, in my opinion, truly deserves to be a General Manager. Highly recommended.

   Receptionist was lovely. It was so nice talking with you, you made me and my brother's time in manny. We stayed in 2 different rooms. Upstairs was better and more quiet on floor, the ground floor was more noisy unfortunately. Really nice staff and really good service. Free parking and lots of spaces. Really good location. Only £5 uber to WHP or the city centre. Had a great time! Miss you guys, hope to come back soon. Best hotel I've ever stayed in

   Location ideal for what i needed but thats part of the reason for the choice of accommodation in the first place. Room clean but a bit dated with poor sound deadening. Staff however are great, particularly the chef and kitchen team. I had absolutely no reason to leave when it came to food, good choice on the menu, well prepared and great service. Steak sandwich was one of the best cooked bits of steak ive had!

   I'd give this place 10 stars for service if I could. Last stayed here several years ago and remembered the food was good. I was impressed that it's not just good, it's great. I'm gluten free and the staff have gone above and beyond with the food. The chef even made gluten free croutons for my chicken caesar salad last night. Brilliant service and a credit to the IHG brand. Breakfast this morning , I was pleasantly surprised to find a GF toaster, GF bread and GF cornflakes. I've been thoroughly impressed with the staff and am very happy about choosing to stay here again. Excellent shower as well.

   Rooms clean, but very tired and dated. The towel rail wasn’t even connected! Staff were friendly( especially at breakfast) and the breakfast was a very pleasant surprise. Good choice and beautifully cooked. It’s not located in a great area, more the edge of an industrial/ retail area. We got an Uber to the theatre, which was only around £5. We chose it for the free, on-site parking and I would stay again.

   The friendly and helpful staff cleanliness and location. Superb breakfast. Hidden stars were our bedroom cleaners. The first hotel in 50 years where on arrival our room was ready. We were just made to feel welcome even though the young barman pressed the wrong button £10 for a bottle of beer. Only one thing hotel needs to check. The batteries in the TV remote control.

   We stayed in a Marriott hotel for one night and decided to give this Holiday inn a try instead. What a very pleasant surprise the Staff are amazing they go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The lady and gentleman on reception I think her name was Trienna and the man's name Sam I think ? But They was very welcoming and check-in was swift and hassle free. The room was perfect and comfy . The bar area is so chilled could have spent the whole day there. The bar tender was very entertaining and gave us a barrel of laughs. In all I would say this was a 5 star experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. A real feel good factor at this Holiday Inn

   Fantastic staff who gave us a warm welcome and were really helpful. Nice clean room. Breakfast was relaxed and plenty on offer. Car park great and it was easy to walk into Manchester City and also to Old Trafford. We will stay again.
