   I had a great experience at the Deichmann store in Woolwich. Sabrina served me at the counter and was extremely kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. She gave me some great tips I hadn’t heard before — including the option of washable shoe insoles, which I added to my purchase. They’ve already made a big difference to the comfort and longevity of my shoes. Sabrina really went the extra mile and made my visit a very positive experience. I’ll definitely be going back!

   Well well well this store is always well stocked clean tidy very attentive staff I was asking a price on a pair of shoes and met a young lady called Sabrina at the tills she was a delight to meet and greet such dedication to her job she helped with my purchase and I was just amazed at the enthusiasm and joy she had very super plight lady thank you for all your help you gave us I liked the way we felt leaving the store Thank you Sabrina

   Poor Customer Service! Had gone to exchange my shoes because the fit wasn't right! The manager refused to provide me for the service in spite of having the receipt. She said she can't exchange it because I didn't have the box. I then contacted the Stratford branch to try my luck. They agreed and I was satisfied.
