Fabulous night at the Hilton before shows we were seeing. Rooms are super a d the breakfast was amazing. The best thing was the service across the hotel and bars. But I must mention Sam on reception, you Sir are amazing and we travel a lot and you are the best receptionist we have come across.. Thank you for all your help and guidance!!!

Great hotel, warm welcome and cookie on arrival which is always ace. Big Christmas tree up in the entrance hall too. Room was clean and well stocked with water in the fridge etc. Good tv plus an HDMI lead so I could watch my own stuff. WiFi is strong enough to do teams meetings etc. Good breakfast selection and efficient check out. I was in the hotel for a grand total of 10 hours but everything was lined up nicely. Only area for improvement was I was told I hadn't booked breakfast on arrivalat the restaurant. So had to fiddle around with my phone to show I had which was a bit annoying as was in a hurry. Still would stay there again

A very central and good hotel at a reasonable price. The room β€” a King Deluxe Corner Room β€” was surprisingly spacious and bright. It was well cleaned and well maintained, and it was a nice bonus that the minibar was included in the room rate (albeit non-alcoholic only). As this is a chain hotel, you shouldn’t expect the most exciting rooms, but it works perfectly for what it is. I was also recognised as a member at check-in. Price: around Β£165. Recommended.

Really nice hotel, check in was really slow unfortunately. All desks were open but slow in getting people checked in and this ended up with quite a que. Room was a little smaller to what I've been in with other companies but clean/warm and nice big double bed. There was a coffee maker and kettle with plenty of tea and coffee options. Bathroom was nice size and again clean. Plenty of hot water and nice pressure from the shower. Big TV on the wall with Freeview channels, internet was avaliable but I didnt use it as phone signal was strong enough. There is a bar with plenty of options for beers and spirits, didnt eat here but the restaurant was quite large and there were people using it. I would happily use this hotel again.

Well what can I say? When we arrived, we were greeted by a friendly lady at the reception! She got us to check in early at 12:45pm. My brother and I were impressed by the quality and service. Soon we were given the key card to our rooms. The moment I walked in and seeing from pictures from google, I assumed the rooms to be tiny, but it’s adequately sized, and allows enough room for manoeuvrability. The room was clean throughout and hotel staff consistently came cleaned and changed sheets and towels and what not! The nights I spent were without disturbances! The rooms temperature was great all round and it didn’t affect my stay at all! However, my nitpicks only were, the TV that didn’t have enough channels and nothing interested me. Wish it had a movie catalogue. Another thing was when we left to do shopping, my room wasn’t refilled with coffee, so I just had the one last stick and also tea as well, but my brother was nice enough to share his coffee with me. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, it was well worth the money I spent and usually I stay at hotels, but joining Hilton honours, I did for the incredible offers should I wish to book a hotel at an early check in wherever I am!

Fantastic hotel and great staff who went the extra mile for us. Lovely comfortable rooms with some really nice touches including a fridge. Breakfast was excellent and staff got us some freshly cooked vegetarian sausages. 10/10, we’ll hopefully be back again soon.

Good solid city centre hotel. Friendly reception staff. Decent clean rooms and nice bar & restaurant. Food is not bad and a very good breakfast. Rooms are on the small side but have everything you need. Decent small gym on 1st floor. Not cheap - Β£3.75 for a 1/2 pint of lime and soda.

Great location. The bar and breakfast is lovely, food decent too. Gym is ideal, nothing too fancy but has what you need for a quick session. Good assortment of dumbbells and plenty of cardio equipment. Hotel room itself was okay, nice and spacious. Even shampoo AND conditioner provided. Water pressure not great though in the shower and overall the worst part is that the noise absolutely travels the hotel. I don’t think it’s people being particularly noisy it’s just the room doors are so heavy the slamming travels. Nice hotel, not a nice nights sleep. Great location though, and friendly staff. The free cookie was vile though, but a nice gesture.

I stayed here twice now. The rooms are old (carpet stained, the shower room does not close) and needs a renovation but it is definitely clean. The room was sound and light proof from the outside noise and lights. The receptionist Hasti was very friendly and professional. I just loved the lobby with the nice lights and the Christmas tree. The mattress is excellent. Last time we had breakfast, which was average (although better than some other hotel chains).

Stayed on business. Staff were excellent. Great location. The reason for 4 stars is that whilst the rooms were well set up and very clean I did find the mattress in my room very hard. This is obviously a personal opinion but it detracted from my overall comfort. The second reason was that for much of my 2 night stay, 2 of the 3 lifts were out of service leading to many minutes waiting at peak times. Whilst the stairs were an option (to and from the 4th floor?) this was not ideal. Other than these minor issues, it was a lovely place to stay.
