This is a budget hotel - rooms are out-dated and the bathrooms poorly maintained. Room wasn't cleaned first night and we had a problem getting towels. I stayed in a "cosy" twin room with my sister and it was small! Downstairs areas including reception, bar and restaurant were clean, spacious and comfortable. Much higher quality than guest rooms. Apart from one member of staff on reception (older male) - everyone was extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We had notified a late arrival and had booked a table at the restaurant accordingly. We were held up in traffic, and arrived before the restaurant closed - but the above-mentioned member of reception staff was extremely unhelpful and told us we couldn't have a meal as we were late arriving, despite the published closing time on a notice behind him. However, this was soon solved by the bar and restaurant staff and we were able to eat at the bar from the bar menu - which suited us better. Good breakfast buffet and friendly staff. However, I definitely won't be staying there again because of the low-quality rooms.

Receptionist was so friendly, helpful and explained everything perfectly to us. We stayed for 1 night with transfer to airport included. Room was small but very clean. Bed was so comfy and breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice. Only complaint was TV didn't work. We did tell reception and didn't do anything but other than that absolutely great stay. Would definitely stay again.

Great value included breakfasts. Yes, room was small but we knew that and it was fine for a couple of nights with no large luggage. Would have liked more lighting especially something over the desk/dressing table. Only one bed spotlight was working. Staff welcoming and helpful. Housekeeping team provided hand soap on request. Breakfast staff efficient and friendly. Receptionist helped with our Rewards query. Would certainly book again.

Jo greeted us and checked us in on reception and was lovely, friendly and helpful. The same can be said for the breakfast host and waitresses. In fact, all the staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The main hotel areas were great and the breakfast really, really good. The room was a little under par in that the double glazed units had blown and the paint was peeling and cracking in places so it felt quite tired. The beds were also a little squeaky and the room was fairly compact. Having said that the room was clean and reasonably comfortable so all in all it was a good few nights stay. I would come again particularly for the great staff and lovely breakfast.

I recently stayed at the Cresta Court Hotel and had a delightful experience. The dining experience was truly exceptional, with a menu offering a variety of delicious options catering to different tastes and dietary preferences. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, featuring fresh and flavorful choices that set a perfect tone for the day. My room was spotless and well-maintained, reflecting the hotel's high standards of cleanliness. The bed was comfortable, and the linens were fresh and crisp. I appreciated the attention to detail in housekeeping, as everything was in perfect order when I arrived and was consistently kept up during my stay. The staff at Cresta Court Hotel were exceptionally friendly and helpful. From the moment I checked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and efficient service. The team went out of their way to ensure my stay was enjoyable, providing excellent recommendations for local attractions and promptly addressing any questions or requests I had. Overall, the combination of great food, clean accommodations, and friendly staff made for a memorable and pleasant experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and look forward to returning in the future.

Awful hotel. Very basic and dated room. 2 single beds pushed together. Very uncomfortable. Taken payment twice. Spoke to reception supervisor 3 times. They are unable / unwilling to refund. Had to put a claim through bank to get money back. Avoid.

Best described as "okay" for the price paid but the room is very small. Barely any room to get a suitcase past or next to the bed for storage. Old brown watermark in the bath and dried blood on the outside of the shower curtain, it was at the very most, passable on the basis we had somewhere to sleep and that the bedding was clean. We were offered a new room regarding the blood on the shower curtain but it should have been caught and resolved prior to that.

Booked a room for one night and parking whilst away on holiday. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, the process could not have been easier. The room was clean and comfortable with tea and coffee making, nice fluffy towels and piping hot shower with on site restaurant for extra convenience. Taxi to and from airport included in the price, which was cheaper than airport parking alone. We went away knowing my car was secure, having heard horror stories of cars being used whilst owners on holiday. Can highly recommend and will definitely be using again, Thank you to all the staff you're a credit to the company.

The window was broken, so it didn't close. Road noise was too noisy. The room was too hot. Unfortunately, there are no usb sockets in the room. On the plus side. The breakfast was excellent, and the chef made an excellent scrambled egg for me

A get what you pay for kind of experience, parts of the hotel incredibly dated. BW need to invest a bit more cash into the rooms and general upkeep. There were weddings on 2 consecutive nights at the hotel Fri/Sat which meant it was extremely busy and loud. A nice early Sunday fire alarm, being turned away from breakfast and some very tight parking make this a hotel of last resort for me. However, the staff were fantastic from check-in, to the bar and at breakfast. All friendly and helpful!
