   Always know I'm going to have a good breakfast at Holiday Inn. Mustafa knocked up a great cooked breakfast and was very friendly like Dipak and the rest of the staff. Parking is easy and the rooms are nicely appointed. Stayed over Christmas as was delighted to find an unexpected complimentary little stocking for my little girl. Little thing but big impact.

   Its a great place to visit. The rooms are good and heating is great. I did not get the name of the receptionist or front desk staff that attended to me when I checked in. She was good and she made sure that they made a king size bed instead of the double bed since I was staying there for 6 nights. I didn't know how different it was until the bed was changed. I slept peacefully. I dont know what happens on Fridays but the ace is always packed with people who are enjoying their life. Its great atmosphere.

   I had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Bolton. The IHG staff were truly exceptional. I mentioned that it was my brother’s wedding, and they went above and beyond with beautiful decorations that made the occasion even more special. Every member of staff was lovely, helpful, and genuinely caring. The hotel itself is very well kept and spotlessly clean. I will 1,000,000% be returning! A special thank you to Monica at reception — you were absolutely magnificent and made our stay so much better. Thank you for everything!

   ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Service from Jellie at Holiday Inn Bolton City Centre I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Bolton City Centre, and I want to give special recognition to Jellie, the receptionist who looked after me during my stay. From the moment I arrived, she was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional. Jellie went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. She handled everything with a smile and genuine care, which made me feel truly valued as a guest. Her attention to detail and positive attitude really stood out — she’s a credit to the hotel and made my experience exceptional. Thank you, Jellie, for your outstanding service and kindness.

   I had a relaxing stay at the Holiday Inn Bolton over the weekend. The staff were all smiling and very approachable. The room was of adequate size and the bed was comfortable for a weekend stay. I didn't think much of the coffee bags in the room but that's my personal preference. The heat from the radiator was great and heated the room in no time at all. It made the late evening nice and cosy. Overall, an enjoyable stay and I wouldn't hesitate to return if I need to stay in Bolton in the future.

   Nice well maintained hotel on the edge of the town about 15 minutes from the station. Rooms were well decorated. Food was good. Breakfast was good although coffee machine was not working, so only had filter coffee from a jug as substitute. Drinks at the bar were quite expensive. Leisure club available but no pool. Didn't take a car but onsite parking available.

   We were greeted by great staff late night about 10.30 & gave us a very comfortable family room to stay. Following morning we enjoyed a great delicious English breakfast. Very friendly staff. Thanks to Huzefa & friendly staff in the restaurant & hotel. Made our holiday a great experience.

   Generally excellent experience. Good food, nice rooms. Most staff extremely accommodating and helpful. A couple of the bar staff were a little more interested in chatting amongst themselves meaning service git a little delayed, but only a minor niggle. A problem with a refund was dealt with quickly and efficiently.
