   Great place, nice and tidy, staff are extremely helpful and really go out of their way, I was there in the Dagenham Heatheay Branch. I live separate to my girls so Spending time with my daughter and buying plimsolls for her school p.e. class. was a pleasant experience as the staff made the experience very welcoming. Thanks

   Went inside and noticed the sales woman shaking inside with no heater or not even a chair to sit down. Considering outside is -1 and the mall is freezing, it's absolute shame you greedy monsters sitting in your heated offices forgetting that actual people are the one who work and make your money. Shame on you for not taking care of your employees, Won't buy from you again.

   It's located inside shopping mall. It's reasonable size and sell shoes for children and adults. I occasionally buy it from here and never had any problems. The pricing is reasonable and they often do offers or money off vouchers.
