Unfortunately the knowledge of some staff towards the correct shoe and sizing for young adults is questionable. Lovely, friendly staff though but I won't be using this one again after the state my son's heels have been left in!
Shoebox of a shop and seemingly understaffed. Was waiting for nearly half an hour with an out of control toddler even though I was next and was told two minutes whilst the staff seemingly flapped about ignoring me. Had to leave as only had half hour parking. Go to the Romford one much better customer service.

The lady that served us was great with kids and really helpful. The options for school shoes were pretty good and the pair that we chose came with a key ring that lit up. I think these shoes are as good as the shoes they did preciously with the secret compartment and hidden toy.
We love taking our son when he needs a fitting / new shoes! Thr staff are friendly and helpful and the fitting service is brilliant. Lovely range of baby / kids shoes.
Friendly and helpful staff, however we find the "older method" of measuring our children's shoes more accurate than the tablets. Staff willing to assist with this which is great. Well done
