Today I went store clarks in Basildon.Sorry don't know that boy name but it's really helpful.Time was 1.15pm but that boy very comfy to feel my daughter.I really impressed.
Been to this Clarks many times. Today served by Jack B. Top service, no stress experience.
Very polite staff (considering I had two toddlers and they were touching everything). The lady let me 4yo son try 5 pairs of shoes, despite the fact he kept changing his mind and she patiently got him to choose one he likes.
Friendly staff always very helpful but the stock level are really low
We've had a really good experience getting shoes for our 2y old son. Cassie and Jasmina were both really helpful, Jasmina did a great job measuring our son's feet and Cassie then helped us to find the right pair of shoes for him, trying different sizes and showing us lots of models and trying several on our son's feet. She was incredibly patient and friendly and had lots of tricks to keep him interested! Can really recommend this shop :)
I rang the store first and spoke to a lovely lady Maria, really helpful and polite, I was served in store by Caitland who was again so patient and helpful with an oldie thank you, this was all in the same day.
Took my 17 month old daughter to get her feet measured. The lady who served us had no patience and after just 2 minutes of trying she said sorry she could not do it and we should do it ourselves with a tape measure at home, she then walked away and left us sitting there in disbelief. Terrible service.
Went in to change a pair of boots on Monday 31st January and had the pleasure of being served by The stores manager. The gentleman was really helpful, advised me on different fitting types and what was newly coming in to stock in the type of footwear I told him I liked. Thank you so much for taking the time to help me, not making me feel rushed. I will most certainly be using this branch of Clark's again and would recommend them.
