The staff are really helpful and very patient .. especially on my last visit, Lois was very kind to keep helping me to find the right one despite me trying many different pairs of shoes and different sizes.
It took maybe half an hour to decide. Amber helped us patiently. We had good deal which %20 off all shoes we bought.

Staff is terrible, rude and lazy. A brunette older woman taking the measurements for the shoes and also a girl Natalie J that was at the till, both completely unprofessional and rude. The old brunette woman was annoyed when I asked for different sizes, too lazy to look for another size at the customer’s request. After complaining around with me being able to hear everything, she then said she doesn’t have different size which I think it was a complete lie. The girl at the till, Natalie J or at least this name is stated on my receipt, when I tried to reach the boxes with the shoes that I was paying for, she reached them before me, slapped the box, trying to prevent me from touching the boxes, then she explained she wasn’t done with scanning. Understandable, but don’t be violent towards me as I was just trying to take home what I’m paying for. Clarks needs hard working, professional staff, please hire better clarks. And get rid of these lazy women.
I was so impressed by the patience, calm professional approach of the young lady who spent ages helping my daughter and I try to find a comfortable pair of school shoes for uneven feet. I believe her name was Lous. Nothing seemed too much trouble, what a fabulous service and a total credit she is to the store.
Waiting list !!! In shoe shop??? for someone to "serv" (standing with people and joke to see kid running around the shop for 15 min) I just need my size, and my choice model. Lady on Training was trying to be most helpful and friendly.
My partner and I came in with our one year old for his first shoes. We were serviced by Robert, who was wonderful. Our little boy was challenging, but Robert was so polite and tended to him with ease. He was so informative and allowed us to try different styles and sizes to make sure we were buying the best shoe. It was such a lovely experience and we will be back if we are ever in the area.
We visited the Chelmsford branch for shoes for my toddler and husband. Niamh demonstrated brilliant customer service and knowledge and was so helpful during our visit. Every store needs a Niamh! Thank you
Delightfully helpful staff. Welcomed , warmly by a staff member who seemed to be in charge and asked another staff member to help. Although I didn't find anything to suit me, the staff member was truly delightful, she brought me the boots to try on that I requested and because I mentioned I had an arthritic knee, brought me other boots, that she thought would be easier to get on and wear.
Terrible quality and terrible service. £50 pair of kids shoes worn for 24hrs. Staff refuse to replace, saying its wear and tear. The sign in the shop says "kids test their shoes to destruction, so do we."..... bad job in this case!
