I have shopped at Shoes Zone stores many times. I have never experienced such terrible customer service as here at Maidstone Mall last week . The lady serving was very condescending. I felt very uncomfortable.I don't recommend it to anyone. I will definitely not shop at this store again.

The only good thing about my shopping experience in Maidstone. A world away from the ashford store. Lots of lovely shoes, boots etc. I could have spent a fortune!

This shop used to be the cheapest in town. Shoes weren't the best but there was lots of choice . Then they did the refit. Place looks great but the prices have gone up by a lot . They have got some better quality shoes in but you may as well just go to any shoe shop in town and the prices will be about the same.

Itβs a good place to go for cheap shoes, especially if youβre needing holiday shoes or something. The quality of most of their own branded shoes isnβt great, they donβt last forever, and with the school shoes I need to buy another pair within about 3-5 months all for various reasons, it could be the sole has worn away, the inside of the shoe has broken up, or the shoe has fallen apart in some way, so not brilliant but they do look good whilst in good condition, and they are great on price. Luckily, most children grow out of school shoes equally as quickly so itβs not the end of the world. Another thing, most of the time they only have one member of staff on the shop floor and one out the back as far as I know. So queues develop quite quickly and last for quite a while, especially when they are asking for customers email addresses to send newsletters etc. One good thing is their new shop refit here, it looks so much fresher and brighter. Before it looked almost like a charity shop/ second hand shop with the old carpet etc, now it looks a much more inviting. I wonβt stop shopping here because it is good value for money, but I do think twice whether I am wanting to buy a pair of shoes to last me or to wear for a short time.
