Worst spa ever! On arrival the receptionist was rude. We proceeded through to the ‘changing rooms’ which is actually just one large communal changing area, with zero privacy. It was dated and lockers barely worked. Continued through to the showers where I was expecting things to improve, they did not. The showers are filthy and unlike most spas, there is no Elemis/espa shampoo or conditioner on offer, you just get some green junk in a dated dispenser. Proceeded through to the ‘spa’ which was freezing cold. The grotto had a disgusting sewage/drain works type smell and another room smelt like ammonia. There was hairs/various other bits in the floor throughout, combined with mould and seriously dirty grout. Most elements of the spa also didn’t work, ie lights etc. The uncleanliness of the place made it hard to enjoy. So unhygienic. We came out feeling like we needed to go home for a good wash, definitely not the desired feeling after a spa day!! You’d struggle to spend 4hrs here. Waste of money. Would never return nor recommend.

Could have been a great time but here it goes! We had a voucher for this place and rang the hotel to activate the deal and make sure we had everything ready for my fiancées birthday Things seemed great spa booked, meal booked nice and early…. However We get to the hotel and then unfortunately the spa staff didn’t book us into the spa and is was extremely busy so we missed out on our original plan to go in there on the first night which was one of the reasons we booked it Then later on the same evening the restaurant then told us we had reservation for the clock tower restaurant which their own staff told us we had reservations for on the phone! Apparently they got it wrong and said it’s in the pub which where we needed to go over dressed and disappointed! We had to sit through noisy entertainment which was not what we wanted at all! The lemonade in our drinks tasted like tonic water! The starter was good but the main course the worst steak and ale pie I’ve ever tasted! So we complained and got a drink and late checkout the next day so we could use the spa! We thought this would make up for it. We get to the spa it was amazing until we wanted to swim! The noise of the kids in the pool was piercing and ruined the name of a spa! Then when packing up our stuff to go I dropped my phone near my side of the bed and found a used ear bud next to my bed someone’s old eyedrops tucked away just under the bed obviously the cleaning staff had missed it. Then on the way out around 1pm we was questioned by a member of staff maybe a cleaner asking us are you leaving early I thought you was staying till 2! I’m sorry but isn’t it up to us when we wanted to leave?? On the way to the car there was dog poo on the path taking the cases also Staff need etiquette training in here as they seriously can’t seem to get anything right! The hotel itself was great! Breakfast would be perfect except the served the worse coffee I’ve ever had Very disappointed

A huge congratulations to Mike Evans on the exquisite upgrade to The Clock Tower Restaurant at The Last Drop Village & Spa, Bromley Cross. What a transformation! Special thanks to Franco — his attention to detail and outstanding customer service truly set the standard. The food was divine; we highly recommend the prawns in arrabbiata sauce to start and the fillet steak for the main course. Absolutely cooked to perfection! Hats off to the chef and the entire team of waiters and waitresses for creating a genuine 5-star dining experience. We were so impressed that we’ve already booked again for this week — and we can’t wait to dine here at Christmas. Thank you for a wonderful evening!

The team at Last Drop ensured we had such a memorable day at our Charity Lunch. From The start, Jazmin was brilliant in the lead-up and on the day itself handing over to the operations team. We had over 150 people there, and the suite looked amazing. The food was fantastic — so many people told us how much they loved it — and the service was spot on. The whole team looked great and were really helpful, which made the day feel really special. Great location and lots of free parking. The hotel kindly donated some vouchers including A Spa Day in the fantastic Spa & Leisure Club - these went down a treat in the raffle. Thanks for helping us make it such a memorable event! Look forward to returning in the future.

I attended the Autumn Spa Day with my Mum today, which was a birthday gift. We had an absolutely lovely time, the facilities are wonderful, loved the various sauna/steam rooms etc available. The outdoor thermal pool was fabulous too. We also joined in with an aqua aerobics class which was on at the time and we really enjoyed it. To finish off we had a 50 minute treatment which was incredible, the girls were wonderful who did the treatments and made sure we were always happy & comfortable. The staff on the spa reception were also really helpful and happy to help us. Although the changing rooms were a little tired and in need on a facelift, it didn’t affect our visit whatsoever! We would definitely return!

Rooms in the hotel were tired and needed updating but were clean. Spa was basic. But the treatment rooms and the treatment itself were very good. Food was excellent, in the pub at lunch, the evening meal and also breakfast. Good value overall for the overnight spa break. We were lucky with an amazing sunset during our stay.

Nice hotel with decent food, and good buffet breakfast. Good value if you can get a B&B deal etc. Rooms were clean and a decent size. Spa with sauna , steam room and giant jacuzzi pool plus large swimming pool were lovely though check opening times. Staff friendly. Hypnos beds were comfy but pillows quite hard- it would be good if there was a firm and softer one to choose from. Also couldn't see a way to change room temp but we could open the window. Good they welcome dogs too. Sound proofing between rooms wasn't great but no one was too noisy next to us. Have stayed before and would go back.

Beautiful setting and lovely spa! We’ve booked a Black Friday deal a couple of times and it’s been wonderful. I’ve also been on a hen weekend. The food is amazing and the facilities are great. Lots to do and see in the grounds. The spa is well equipped and the outdoor hydro pool is just incredible.

Lovely hotel with great facilities. We stayed one night, had dinner in the Courtyard restaurant and breakfast there in the morning. The room we stayed in was a little bit dated but apart for that everything was perfect. All the staff were very nice and helpful, the facilities in great condition. The food was lovely. We used the spa in the morning which was also great, well maintained to a high standard. I definitely recommend this hotel for a romantic getaway and we will come back!

Booked a day spa with my wife, Great staff very friendly & helpful. Gym was decent a few machines not working, spa had everything you would expect including a good sized pool. The hydrotherapy pool could do with a clean as some of the tile had green on them. The massage was OK nothing special but not bad. The afternoon tea was very nice all in all a good experience.
