   I booked a "steam" facial with Helen. As I specified my skin seemed dull and need some hydration Helen suggested a few alternative treatments. I opted for Gua Cha and a face mask treatment. I could really see the difference, so could my husband! I hadn't mentioned the treatment to my mum but even she noticed that my skin looked fresh! Helen, thanks for taking the time to discuss the alternative treatments with me. Would recommend.

   I had a lymphatic drainage session at JEMS Spa and it was such a relaxing and rejuvenating experience! The therapist was very professional, explained everything clearly, and made me feel completely comfortable. I left feeling lighter, refreshed, and energized. Definitely recommend it!

   I visited Jems to have a skin tag removed on my leg. From start to finish Jodie was very professional and made me feel at ease because I didn’t know what to expect. Jodie talked me through everything she was going to do and it was actually nothing like I was expecting. The salon is a lovely environment and all the girls are really nice to chat to.    Had an amazing facial with Jodie last week, my skin felt so clean and fresh afterwards. Felt really relaxed after it. The neck and shoulder massage was unreal. This was such a treat. Cannot wait to book further treatments. Highly recommend. Also had some facial waxing with Helen this afternoon, she was very thorough. The process was pain free, skin feels lovely and smooth. Lovely girls and salon. I’m in the hair and beauty industry myself and always recommended the salon to my clients for beauty treatments. Thanks a million!
